This is extremely time-sensitive, as it regards a Supreme Court decision to be made this Friday, January 8.

The time has come for me to go to the extreme to reign in our federal government and runaway court system. I am contacting the Supreme Court justices with letters (which will mean 2-day mail or overnight delivery) concerning the case of Kent Hovind, case #09-5043.

I am asking you to take the time right now to join me—to read the info below and write and send your own letter.

I have researched the Supreme Court and our only access is by snail mail to each justice. There are 9 justices and only 4 have to vote yes in order for the court to hear the case. Apparently in October 3 or fewer voted “yes;” therefore it was denied.

I am proposing that we each contact one or more justices right now about this case.

First amendment rights in jeopardy

Kent Hovind

Dr Kent Hovind believes that the phrase "or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" means Congress shall make no law respecting the free exercise of an established religion. Where Hovind and the United States Government squared off is what the meaning of "make no law" actually means. For most in the Christian Community the issue is where does the line "make no law" start and stop with respect to the free exercise of religion.

An alarming situation with Dr. Kent Hovind of Creation Science Evangelism is putting every American’s first amendment rights in jeopardy. I have been following this case since its beginning, so I wanted to share with you briefly what needs to be done and why. Summary of situation: Dr. Kent Hovind is in prison for practicing his first amendment right of free religion, and his case needs to go to the Supreme Court. Details:
First, visit Dr. Hovind’s website, drdino.com , for an explanation of the situation. http://drdino.com/legalupdate.php This explains the ministry, what has happened, and what the plans are so far. It also gives the conference call schedule, which will give you the opportunity to really dig deep into the issue and understand why Dr. Hovind is innocent and his case is full of lies. The most shocking to me is at the end of the trial when the judge changed the law saying “more than $10,000” to read “less than $10,000.” Multiple horrors like that stack up to a case that needs to be heard and overturned by the Supreme Court.

Second, inform others.

Third, follow the Lord’s leading.
We are up against spiritual oppression, so there is no textbook-format to follow to make this situation work out. God knows it and can tell each of us what to do, whether it’s donating a lot of money, a little money, getting it publicized all over the internet, radio, or anything else.
