Brief History and Perspective for the Thinking Mind.



Korea inhabited and attacked for over a half of a million years.



Korea; the Western name for the Koryo dynasty in 935 AD then to be superseded by the Choson dynasty, also known as the Yi dynasty in 1392; after over 162 years of Mongolian invasion and occupation then to be invaded by Japan in 1592 and 1597, attacked by the French in 1866 after the execution of a convert French Catholic priest in Korea that resulted in a French retreat; China and Russia’s attempt to block Japans control over Korea for their agendas (uranium and rail/gas lines) created the Sino/Russo-Japanese War from 1894-1905. Japan remained in control from both wars and annexed Korea as part of Japan in 1910; Korea remained under forceful Japanese control until Japan’s defeat in 1945 at the end of World War II.

After the surrender by Japan in December 1945 the future of Korea was debated in Moscow by a joint Soviet/American commission where the hopes for an independent Korea soon dissolved; Korea was promptly divided into occupation zones, the South fully occupied by the United States and the North momentarily occupied by the Soviet Union. There is too much history here for me to get involved with it, the bottom line is Russia and China gave the North their independence back and the South is still under occupation of the United States to this day with an estimated 15 bases and 26000- 28000 military personnel.

Korea/Communist in the North and American Capitalism/Democracy in the South creating conflict, and so it was in 1950 North Korea Kim Il-sung attempting to unify Korea commenced an enormous surprise attack on the South beginning the horrendous Korean War; it seems so many have forgot about today.

In 1953 an armistice agreement was signed by the North Korean People’s Army, the Chinese People’s Volunteers, and the United Nations Charter; the United States and US controlled South Korea never signed it but abide by it.

So it is still today Korea remains divided and in an endless state of turmoil, anyone who has the notion of ever reuniting Korea and giving them real independence will have another thought coming, just as future South Korean President Kim Dae Jung found out in 1973 when he was kidnaped and almost killed in Tokyo by the CIA/South Korean Intelligence services for his condemnation of then President Park’s yushin program of arbitrary powers, nevertheless Kim was sworn in as President of South Korea on Feb 25th 1998 and implemented his Sunshine Policy to bring the divided Koreas closer together, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2000; the Sunshine Policy was the foreign policy until Lee Myung-bak’s controversial election in 2008.The fact of the matter is Korea is divided by force, the South is occupied and controlled by the United States just as Japan is and so many other once sovereign nations; the US has over 800 military bases in 130 countries from last reports.

Little known and NEVER heard of…

The United States deployed nuclear weapons in South Korea in January 1958, 950 warheads were there in 1967; it is no wonder why North Korea pursued the nuclear bomb. Below 5 paragraphs from nukestrat.com with a link to the full report.

The United States deployed nuclear weapons in South Korea for 33 years. The first weapons arrived in January 1958, well after the ending of the Korean War, and four years after forward deployment of nuclear weapons began in Europe. Over the years the numbers and types of nuclear weapons in South Korea changed frequently. At one point in the late 1960s, as many as eight different types were deployed at the same time (see chart).

Even before the weapons began arriving in January 1958, the U.S. Far East Command Standing Operating Procedure (SOP) from November 1956 identified two locations in Korea (Uijongbu and Anyang-Ni) with a capability to receive and handle nuclear weapons if necessary.

Actual deployments began in January 1958, four and a half years after the end of the Korean War, with the introduction of five nuclear weapon systems: the Honest John surface-to-surface missile, the Matador cruise missile, the Atomic-Demolition Munition (ADM) nuclear landmine, and the 280-mm gun and 8-inch (203mm) howitzer.

Nuclear bombs for fighter bombers arrived in March 1958, followed by three surface-to-surface missile systems (Lacrosse, Davy Crockett, and Sergeant) between July 1960 and September 1963. The dual-mission Nike Hercules anti-air and surface-to-surface missile arrived in January 1961, and finally the 155-mm Howitzer arrived in October 1964. At the peak of this build-up, nearly 950 warheads were deployed in South Korea.



Four of the weapon types only remained deployed for a few years, while the others stayed for decades. The 8-inch Howitzer stayed until late 1991, the only of the weapon to be deployed throughout the entire 33-year period of U.S. nuclear weapons deployment to South Korea. The other weapons that stayed till the end were the air delivered bombs (several different bomb types were deployed over the years, ending with the B61) and the 155-mm Howitzer nuclear artillery.

We hear and read much of how the people in North Korea are poor, starving, brutally repressed, the photos from space of a country with no lights at night and all the usual propaganda, what we don’t hear about is the cause of this are from brutal economic sanctions that began on June 28, 1950 just after the Korean War began; sanctions like the same ones we had on Iraq that killed over 500,000 children in the 90s, sanction are an act of war and more brutal in many ways, the only ones effected by them are the citizens not the government; sanctions are a crime against humanity and do nothing but create endless larger problems and create hate towards those that impose them.

1945 – After World War II, Japanese occupation of Korea ends with Soviet troops occupying the north, and US troops the south.

1946 – North Korea’s Communist Party (Korean Workers’ Party – KWP) inaugurated. Soviet-backed leadership installed, including Red Army-trained Kim Il-sung.

1948 – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea proclaimed. Soviet troops withdraw.

1950 – Korean War breaks out.
United States institutes total embargo on exports to North Korea.
President Truman declares a state of national emergency in U.S. because of Korean War.
Department of Treasury issues Foreign Assets Control Regulations (FACR), forbidding
financial transactions by, or on behalf of, North Korea, including transactions for travel.
These regulations also froze North Korean assets held under U.S. jurisdiction.

1953 – Armistice ends Korean War, at the cost of two million lives.

1955 – U.S. issues first International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which includes
North Korea on list of countries that should be denied, “licenses, other approvals, exports and imports of defense articles and defense services.”

1960s – Rapid industrial growth.

1991 – North and South Korea join the UN.

1992 – FACR revised to allow telecommunication between U.S. and DPRK.
North Korea agrees to allow inspections by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), but over next two years refuses access to sites of suspected nuclear weapons production.

1994 – U.S. and DPRK Sign the Agreed Framework.
Death of Kim Il-sung. Kim Jong-il succeeds him as leader, but doesn’t take presidential title. North Korea agrees to freeze nuclear programme in return for $5bn worth of free fuel and two nuclear reactors.

1995 – A range of economic sanctions eased. New FACR revisions allow unlimited travel-related transactions, establishment of news organization offices and transactions related to provision of LWR. The revisions also allow for the importation of North Korean magnesite and magnesia.

US formally agrees to help provide two modern nuclear reactors designed to produce less weapons-grade plutonium.

1996 – FACR revision allows for humanitarian donations in response to DPRK floods and famine.

Severe famine follows widespread floods.

Pyongyang announces it will no longer abide by the armistice that ended the Korean War, and sends troops into the demilitarised zone.

North Korean submarine runs aground in South.

1997 – FACR revision authorizes payments for services rendered by North Korea to U.S aircraft in connection with over flight of, or emergency landing, in the DPRK.

The government of South Korea has joined the chorus of US reports in calling for an easing of the sanctions on North Korea

1999 – The DPRK announces a self-imposed moratorium on missile testing. Pres. Clinton announces the most significant easing of trade and travel restrictions since their imposition in 1950.

Easing Sanctions report by the North Korean Central News Agency on the decision to ease sanctions against North Korea after the country agreed to suspend long-range missile tests.

2000 – Historic handshake in Pyongyang between Kim Jong-il and South Korean President Kim Dae-jung

One hundred North Koreans meet their relatives in the South in a highly-charged, emotional reunion.

2001 – May – A European Union delegation headed by Swedish Prime Minister Goran Persson visits to help shore up the fragile reconciliation process with South Korea. The group represents the highest-level Western diplomatic mission ever to travel to North Korea.

2002 – U.S. sanctions various North Korean entities for violation of U.S. missile nonproliferation laws found in sections of the Arms Export Control Act, Export Administration Act, and Iran Nonproliferation Act of 2000. Sanctions passed on North Korean entities in 1992, 1996,1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2006 often alongside sanctions on Iranian, Syrian or Pakistani entities.

2010 –
February – The government reportedly eases restrictions on private markets after the currency revaluation of 2009 wiped out many cash savings.

2013 -

Conclusion:

First off I would like to thank all the ignorant commenters on so many articles I have been reading for giving me the incentive to put this report together. The usual comments like the one responding to Russia’s warning against military activity near North Korea ‘what would Russia do if they were threatened’ and the usual ‘make a parking lot out of them’ and ‘make a crater out of Pyongyang’; first of all one has to understand who is threatening who!

I don’t want anyone for a moment to think I am a fan of the North Korean government because I’m not, or am I a fan of any other, but when looking at the history of Korea it makes me feel very low that there are those that cannot, and will not understand, this is cause and effect. Before Korea was split in two it was a nation of people with their own history, belief systems, language, way of life and culture, and because of a history of invasions and occupations by nations more powerful they tried in vain to exclude themselves from most of the world. Now Korea is a nation split in two by an outside force and being used for agendas and strategic military positioning. The annual US military exercise ‘Operation Foul Eagle’ instigates tensions and problems every year, as if our military occupation of the South of Korea for 63 years isn’t bad enough, also at the cost of billions of dollars annually to the US taxpayer. Some may believe the South is our ally but in reality they are the victims of the spoils of war, and their lives and culture have been defined by the victor of a war that wasn’t even theirs.

I wonder what we here in the US would do if our nation was split in two and under the same circumstances; with our lust for imperialism and hegemony over the world someday the tide may turn and we may find out; it may be sooner than some may think the way world events are being played out these days.

Rights To Privileges And Onto Bondage

I’m an American; just what does that mean today? An American used to mean a God fearing, freedom, peace loving, critical thinking and radical dissent against any form of authority and Bondage. I’m an American because I believe in what defines this title, and that is the supreme law of THIS land THE DECLARATION of INDEPENDENCE, THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION and THE BILL OF RIGHTS.

No one is really an American until they read and understand these documents.

I have been an American for 52 years now and have witnessed the disintegration of a nation; are there any rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws? Are all rights to be privileges given or bought from a human master?

Today we have yet another right being turned into a privilege; remember once a privilege, it can be revoked or taken away at any time by the human master.

Going into bondage is always a slow painful process, all one has to do is look at how the law of our land has been manipulated, amended and executive ordered into what can only be described as; to steal an alleged phrase from President George W. Bush “A GD useless piece of paper”. No matter if he really said it is not pertinent, his actions as president, well that’s all history now.

History; just as other presidents and legislators who have stamped the most important documents into oblivion; true America soon to be an artifact if they have their way.

We the people that reside in the United States of America who most do not understand the duty that comes with the title American, due to never have even read the definition thereof, have within a very short period of time allowed even their basic rights to become privileges, such as allowing their labor to be taxed, even something as basic as driving a car to work or to get groceries has become a privilege. Silly thing, most don’t know driving your car is not supposed to be a licensed privilege but a Right, just as taxing ones labor (the income tax) is now accepted as the norm, so will be gun control/confiscation, already being labeled gun safety.

Once we the people begin to debate our rights we have already lost them.

In most urban places in the United States, now even things as basic as water and sewage have become a privilege, now illegal to have your own well and septic, we are now at the mercy of a human master that will turn the water off and can charge and raise the cost of this most basic need for any reason. Property taxes are another good example of a basic Right turned into a privilege; can’t pay the property tax? get kicked off your property no matter if your family bought and paid for it 100 years ago!

With privileges come laws.

When we let our rights become privileges our privileges are defined by MAN’s laws, all privileges are defined by man’s laws, and our most basic God given rights have now been terminated by man. No circumstances, misfortune etc. are considered; ‘THE LAW IS THE LAW’ period, and there is no mercy.

The most anti-American apparatus

We can watch this anti-American apparatus debate our Rights, they do not do this behind closed doors or in some dark underground secret base or even try to hide their agendas anymore, this is how much power they believe they have over us, and it seems they do!
All one has to do is turn their TV set on, no matter what channel it’s there, the shapes and forms may be different but the anti-American apparatus is there debating what form of bondage will apply.

Debating Bondage and Treason

Definition of treason:
1. Violation of allegiance toward one’s country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one’s country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.
2. A betrayal of trust or confidence.

Debating our bondage as if there is no real American way, no United States Constitution or any law, that defines TREASON; the President say’s so by executive order! How many times have we heard that? Do we have a supreme ruler now and live in bondage? In many forms yes we do!

Some have emailed me, asked my opinion and questioned why I am not more involved with this gun control issue.
I make it perfectly clear; I do not partake in any form of debate of my God given or American RIGHTS, and anyone that does in my opinion has already given them up and is an accomplice with the very traitors taking these Rights away.

Some things are not negotiable or debatable, these things being debated in any way shape or form defines High-Treason.

These debates by the anti-American apparatus no-matter yea, nay or extreme (and there’s always all 3) are all synchronized with one mission to be accomplished, and that mission is to take away Rights, they want all of them, and they’re getting them. Those involved should be prosecuted and brought to justice but instead are being idolized.

Death,Fear,Safety; Problem, Reaction, Solution
Solution rest on the individual, it matters not what laws are made, and they never have and never will protect anyone from the problem.

The Problem

There always has been and always will be good and evil, both come in many forms, the evil has the great advantage because evil knows no bondage, where the good is always bound with chains.

Be good, break the chains, find your own solutions and above all protect yourself at all times because most likely nobody else will.

It is truly amazing now, and always has been to me, how not only the American political system but the American people beat around the bush of truth. Everybody talks about change but very few speak about just what really must be changed to get our house in order.

It’s always the divide and conquer, order out of chaos technique, concentrating the masses on non-issues instead of the real issue at hand. There is only one issue that needs to be addressed and all the other financial problems the USA is having will dissolve like an Alka-Seltzer in a cup of water.

It is really something to watch the main stream media, run by the criminals in action, run their campaigns of nonsense keeping the American people and the world in a state of mass confusion.

For example this video from Fixed News, where they, as always, refuse to even say one word to the truth of what has bankrupted this country financially and morally. It is not just this MSM source; let me be clear, they are all in concert in an orchestra of deceit.

This news clip where they warn, the US is on a march down the road to becoming Greece, talk about taking on spending, how we are ready to run out of cash and the budget linked to the debt ceiling.

Fixed news talks about paying for what we consume and snake oil, well I don’t know about everyone else but I have been drowning in a sea of snake oil for a long time.

All the issues we hear about that are bankrupting our country ‘Entitlement programs ‘such as Medicare, Social Security, disability, etc. are miniscule to the real issue; I will get to it after a few more paragraphs.

Definition of Entitlement:

Distribution or exercise of an absolute privilege or right to an economic benefit (such as old age pension, social security, unemployment) granted by contract or law, automatically upon meeting the required qualification.

Definition of Absolute privilege:

Privilege that protects its holder from all harms arising from any action or inaction.

Definition of Holder:

Party that is in possession of a document of title, a negotiable instrument, or a security (bond, note, share) that is drawn, issued, or endorsed to the party, to its order, to bearer, or in blank.

So how does an entitled absolute privilege holder of a disability and social service program for retirement after working into old age and paying the MANDATORY tax become a Ponzi scheme and a non-legally binding governmental promise; Social Security and Medicare taxes are now called FICA or payroll taxes and ARE mandatory, the money is no longer yours the minute your employer withholds your Social Security taxes. The Social Security Act of 1935 stated they were not to be allowed as income tax deductions.

For the purpose or by any Act of congress in substitution therefor, the tax imposed by section 801 shall not be allowed as a deduction to the taxpayer in computing his net income for the year in which such tax is deducted from his wages.

Jim Horney at the liberal Center on Budget Priorities said “Retirement programs are not legal obligations.”

As Dr. Paul Craig Roberts put it in his article from 3 years ago titled ‘Looting Social Security’

Social Security was a good thing “during President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s first term, as a measure to implement “social insurance” during the Great Depression of the 1930s, when poverty rates among senior citizens exceeded 50 percent. The Act was an attempt to limit what were seen as dangers in the modern American life, including old age, poverty, unemployment, and the burdens of widows and fatherless children.”

A good thing until the amendment that took it from a Trust fund and put it into the General fund so the Congress could spend it.
They even have the audacity to tax the annuities!

The Real Issue:

Now onto the REAL issue; wonder why our country is going down and will continue to do so? Here it is!

You know you live in a Country run by idiots if…
Your government makes war the biggest industry in the name of peace, using it against non-threatening countries around the globe and maintaining 900 military bases in 130 countries while no war has been declared, going into trillions of dollars in debt to China and then telling it’s people they have to pay more taxes, give up social services they have paid all their hard working lives for, all the while bragging about the billions of tax payer dollars being spent on battle ships, drones, fighter jets, invasions and occupations of other countries etc. Over half of the Federal Budget goes to the military Industrial Complex, but it is the people that are blamed for the Fiscal Cliff we fall off every year.

We have 900 military bases in 130 countries; there will be $633.3 billion in defense spending for 2013 as we are deploying troops to 35 African countries, continuing our invasions and occupations of the Middle East and keeping the Persians in our crosshairs.

This hegemony over the world in the name of ‘The War On Terror’ is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the inhabitants of this planet and especially the American people who are for the most part completely clueless to the blowback and peril to come from our actions, and most of all, our inactions.

238 years of militarization, some wonder why so many are going nuts in this country; adults, and worst of all our children for the most part are all on pharmaceutical mind altering drugs, watching violence on TV and playing violent video games all day. All of us have been brutally desensitized and demoralized, just some worse than others. No one has escaped the effects of this war on terror.
A so called war that can never be won and in reality does not even exist, a fabrication devised by the biggest tax furnace ever devised by man to benefit the few who profit immensely from the military industrial complex.

No war has been declared, no enemy is threatening the United States militarily or otherwise, when does the war on terror end? Maybe we have become what we are supposedly fighting, maybe we are the terror… a look at our last 238 years it sure looks to be true.

And Now Their After The Guns?

If we take a real look at what is being done in all the countries abroad, the game is the same every time; create civil war and dismantle the country, look at Iraq, Libya and now Syria for real good examples.

I know many will say it can’t happen here, please just think about it for a minute.

So just what is going on here in the US with all this Gun control nonsense? All we hear today is they’re coming after the guns, when in fact all this latest fear mongering, just as before, has done what? Made everyone go out and empty the gun shops of all the guns and ammo available, quite the strategy for a government that supposedly wants to disarm the people.

In fact they are arming the American people to the teeth, so when it comes our turn for a purposely created civil war we can all kill each other, just as has happened in so many other countries, it will here too when the planned collapse and great final conflict is realized. In other countries we ship in the weapons for the people to kill each other, in this country we have them readily available, and they will be used; the powers that be know exactly what they’re doing.

Conclusion:

The infinite war:

Unless something is done soon about this out of control spending on imperialism, our definition of currency, our general attitude to the rest of the world and lives in general; make no mistake about it, we are on the road to collapse, civil war and the complete destruction of everything this country was founded on and supposed to be about. These are the goals of the real enemy and they are being met with little resistance so they are coming to pass very quickly. Beside the military industrial complex issue all other debates are a waste of time and another day closer to the complete bankruptcy of the United States of America.

It is time now for the re moralization, re sensitization anti pharmaceutical drug, anti violence and anti stupidity campaign of America to begin… God Speed…

Innocents Betrayed – The History of Gun Control

The news this week of exhumed body of the Turkish President Turgut Ozal, who died in 1993, officially of heart failure. His body showed signs of several poisons, including radioactive polonium, and Yasser Arafat’s remains being exhumed for a murder inquiry, has led me to share a gut feeling I had in the summer of 2011, I will call it one of my conspiracy theories, because this is what it is, a theory, but no satire intended.

As for Yasser Arafat and the forensic experts from France, Switzerland, Russia etc. looking to prove something by looking for polonium-210 in Arafat’s remains, this is most likely a complete waste of time because of the very short half-life of this substance, not only that but I thought it was already a foregone conclusion polonium was used to assassinate the Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Palestinian leader. High levels of polonium-210 were found on Arafat’s toothbrush, clothing and keffiyeh.

Polonium was first made well known when it was used to kill KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko who turned on the Kremlin, was a critic of Putin, had been looking into the assassination of Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya and claimed in his book FSB agents had been responsible for the bombing of apartment blocks in Moscow and two other cities in 1999; it only takes a dose of polonium the size of a speck of pepper to be lethal.

Now do I believe polonium was used on Russell Means? I don’t think so but anything is possible these days; do I believe something was? I believe there’s good plausibility, and here’s why.

I have followed the American Indian movement, posted quite a few reports and videos of Russell Means(the founder of the Republic of Lakotah) over the years and am a subscriber to his newsletter; I remember in 2011 Russell announced he was going with a delegation to the United Nations Headquarters in New York to discuss with other nations the international character of treaties of the United States and the Lakotah Nation.

I remember thinking this isn’t good, Russell is going to be in harm’s way, and I hope he doesn’t get one of those CIA pin-pricks. It was just a gut feeling and still is. I did speak this feeling but never publicly or in writing, now in hind-site I wish I did.

Very shortly after, Russell was diagnosed with cancer.

Russell Means was trying to make the US government honor treaties, return stolen lands and be recognized by the international community through the UN, in his words “for the re-establishment of our freedom to be responsible” a sovereign nation (Republic of Lakotah)inside the borders of the United States.

As a result, the demonstration succeeded in blocking all anti – Indian legislation in Congress.

1979 – Served one year of a four-year prison sentence in the South Dakota State Prison at Sioux Falls before he was released on parole. The charge was “Riot to Obstruct Justice” following the police riot at the Sioux Falls courthouse. The law under which he was convicted was repealed as unconstitutionally vague BEFORE his sentencing. Pardoned by South Dakota Governor in 2003.

The 1980’s

1980 – Only convict in history to work for a U.S. Senator while serving time. He worked principally on water rights in the State of South Dakota. While on work release Russell held a press conference calling for the Cowboys and Indians to join forces in their respected struggles to keep their lands and their rights. Subsequently, agreed to the formation of the Black Hills Alliance. Through this alliance they fought against President Carter’s plan to turn the nearby five-state area into a national sacrifice area. Also, the Black Hills Alliance lobbied successfully, the SD State Legislature to call for a moratorium on all energy development in the Black Hills.

1981 – Founded Yellow Thunder Camp, a spiritual youth camp in the Black Hills. Means lived there for eight seasons, along with Indians and Whites, in the spirit of returning his people to the Black Hills, the Lakotah Nation’s Holy Land.

1982 – Founded KILI radio station on the Pine Ridge reservation, the first radio station owned and operated by American Indians.

1983 – Attended the United Nations Conference on freezing nuclear development in the world at Prague, Czechoslovakia. Gave two major addresses concerning “Religion and Nuclear Weapons” and the “International Trade Unions and Nuclear Development”.

1985 – At Pine Ridge, led the building of the first independent health clinic on any Indian reservation.

1985 – Russell Means was invited to participate in the first Peace Conference held between the Indians and the Sandinistas of Nicaragua held at the Presidential Palace in Bogotá, Columbia.

Russell Means was always a warrior and an arrow in the side of the US government; but going to the international community through the UN was when I believe the powers that be decided to surgically remove this arrow.

Once again, the occupation government of the United States of America has trotted out its dogs and ponies to provide a smokescreen and diversion from its continuing crimes against the indigenous peoples and nations of the Western Hemisphere. The reason for today’s media spectacle is supposedly for the US State Department to “listen” to input from indigenous peoples and nations for inclusion in the U.S.’s report to the United Nations Human Rights Council, universal periodic review process.

As we can see, many indigenous people have been duped to participate, yet again, in a lying and duplicitous process of the United States. The United States has absolutely no interest or intention of admitting to the world its human rights record that is neither justifiable nor defensible. In particular, the record of the United States with regard to historical, and ongoing, violations of over 370 treaties that were negotiated and signed with indigenous nations must be, but will not be, addressed by the United States.
Instead, as is its ongoing practice, the United States will use this session, and the one tomorrow on the territory of the Diné
(Navajo) Nation, as its justification that indigenous peoples were “consulted,” and “listened to,” while the U.S. simultaneously lies to the world about its disgraceful human rights record.

The Republic of Lakotah will not legitimize this embarrassing process. Instead, we will submit our report directly to the UN Human
Rights Council, not to be filtered or sanitized by the State Department. Let us be clear, our report will be scathing. The United
States continues, on a daily basis to violate the terms of the 1851 and 1868 Fort Laramie Treaties with the Lakotah. Our report will
indicate that the United States never intended to abide by the terms of the treaties, and has violated them consistently from the
time of their signing to the present.

Our report will also cite the United States’ own language in acknowledging that “the treaties retain their full force and effect even today because they are the legal equivalent of treaties with foreign governmentsand have the force of federal law.” Periodic Report
of the United States of America to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, April 23, 2007, paragraph 335. In
light of the United States’ own admissions, in addition to reporting to the Human Rights Council on the egregious human rights record of the US towards indigenous peoples, the Republic of Lakotah will report to the Council and to the world, the exercise of its own
rights under principles of international law. The United States has continually breached the treaties with the Lakotah, and
international law allows the Lakotah to return to our status quo ante position prior to the signing of the treaties.

On March 30, 2010, the Republic of Lakotah will repeat its position to the United States, and will transmit its communication to the
President of the United States and to the Secretary of State, demanding that the United States cease and desist it activities in
Lakotah territory, and insisting that the United States withdraw its presence from our homeland. (End)

When Russell Means took The Republic of Lakotah directly to the UN Human Rights Council in 2011 after threatening to do so in 2010 he only lived another year.

Remember it is a well-known fact AIDS was manufactured decades ago, I understand cancer is also (the facts are out there); does population control mean anything?

These flu’s, cancers and AIDS are new in the scheme of time so I am not so quick to retort when I see headlines like ‘CIA infects South American leaders with cancer’ or ‘CIA KILLING LATIN AMERICAN LEADERS’ or Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez warning the disease may be a “new weapon of the empire to eliminate unwanted leaders.”

“I am far from delusions of persecution, but the fact remains – the murder as a way of removing unwanted politicians has been always practiced by the Empire (USA). I have no proof, and yet it is obvious that there is something strange with progressive politicians in Latin America,” said Chavez.

“Would it be so strange that they’ve invented the technology to spread cancer and we won’t know about it for 50 years?” Chavez asked.
“It is very hard to explain, even with the law of probabilities, what has been happening to some leaders in Latin America. It’s at the very least strange,” he said. Chavez said he received warning from Cuba’s former leader Fidel Castro, who has survived hundreds of unsuccessful assassination attempts. “Fidel always told me, ‘Chavez take care. These people have developed technology. You are very careless. Take care what you eat, what they give you to eat … a little needle and they inject you with I don’t know what” he said.

What is Chavez talking about?

Brazil’s president Dilma Rousseff (lymphoma cancer), her predecessor Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (throat cancer),former Argentine president, Nestor Kirchner (colon cancer),former Cuban president Fidel Castro (stomach cancer),Hugo Chavez himself is fighting cancer, Bolivian president, Hugo Banzer (lung cancer) and again Evo Morales (nasal cancer) and Paraguayan president Fernando Lugo (lymphoma cancer). Chavez hinted the US might have found a way to give Latin American leaders cancer In his December 28, 2011 end of the year address to the Venezuelan military.

We are all to believe these days that it’s almost norm to get cancer when just decades ago doctors would come from all over when a child was diagnosed with cancer; now it’s commonplace.

The 1975 Church Committee hearings, an investigation into the CIA’s plots to assassinate foreign leaders, (today called dictators) it was made publicly known they had developed and used a weapon that causes heart attacks and cancer. CIA weapon developer Mr. Charles Senseney at the Fort Detrick facility in Maryland, testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee and described an umbrella poison dart gun he had made. He said it was always used in crowds with the umbrella open, firing through the webbing so it would not attract attention, it fired a frozen liquid poison dart the width of a human hair and a quarter inch long that could penetrate clothing, it was almost undetectable in a person’s body leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin, the victim may feel as if bitten by a mosquito, or they may not feel anything at all.

In the laboratory they give animals cancer by injecting them for research, so it is not so far-fetched to believe this technique has been weaponised, in fact it would be naive not to understand it has been for some time now, and is far more advanced than what was disclosed in the Church Committee hearings today.

“Can you give a person cancer? If cancer in animals can be caused by injecting them with cancer viruses and bacteria, it would certainly be possible to do the same with human beings! In 1931, Cornelius Rhoads, a pathologist from the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, purposely infects human test subjects in Puerto Rico with cancer cells; 13 of them died. Though a Puerto Rican doctor later discovers that Rhoads purposely covered up some of the details of his experiment and Rhoads himself gives a written testimony stating he believes that all Puerto Ricans should be killed, he later goes on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Fort Detrick Maryland (origin of the HIV/AIDS virus, the Avian Flu virus and the Swine Flu / A-H1N1 virus), Utah and Panama, and is named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, where he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.”www.whale.to/b/assassination_disease.html

Aaron Russo died of cancer, he courageously confronted the IRS, also the producer of Mad as Hell and his famous movie Freedom to Fascism, of course we can’t forget about Andrew Breitbart, he was a major threat to the powers that be and the day before he was going to make public,information he had on Barack Obama, he dropped dead.

Elizabeth Edwards was suddenly diagnosed with cancer while her husband was campaigning against Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton for the presidency of the United States.

Martha Mitchell was put in a mental institution for telling the press that “The Mafia is in the Whitehouse” during the Nixon administration and died of cancer soon after.

Jim Garrison New Orleans D.A. investigated the JFK assasination died of cancer.

Black Panther leader Kwame Ture claimed the CIA poisoned him with cancer before his death in 1998.

Ted Gunderson a former FBI agent, critic and whistleblower and a speaker on government coverups died in July,20ll of cancer.

Bob Marley died at 36 years old of cancer, he was ranting against the American CIA and its continuing destabilizing and undermining of Jamaica and about the Vietnam War.

Carl Colby the son of the director of the CIA William Colby gave a pair of football boots to Bob Marley whose main loves in life were music and football.

When he tried the boots on he was hurt by a small piece of copper wire inside which pierced his toe, which became infected then cancerous shortly after.

The list could go on in volumes, not even including the suicides by shotgun to the back of the head and plane crashes; even Jack Ruby died of lung cancer a few weeks after his conviction, the cancer cells were found to be not the type that originate in the respiratory system and he also had said to his family he was injected with cancer cells in prison when he was treated for a cold.

It’s just all coincidence as usual, Right?

NOT!

I for one am skeptical of the circumstances surrounding Russell Means cancer, and still have that feeling in my gut, if this makes me conspiracy theorist, then so be it. I smell a rat!

US companies, chief among them Westinghouse, stands to make $6.4 billion from the sale of six to eight nuclear reactors and parts. The shah has argued that Iran needs a nuclear energy program in order to meet Iran’s growing energy demand. TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad condemned the crimes committed by Israel against the Palestinians and other world nations, and said the Zionists’ biggest crime is that they attribute themselves to the Jewish community who are peace-seeking people.

The occupation of Palestine is only the small portion of the crimes committed by the Zionist regime and their biggest crime is that they attribute themselves to the Jewish community, President Ahmadinejad said in a meeting with the leaders of the International Jewish Anti-Zionism Network in New York.

Referring to the fact that the Zionists are trying to attribute their ugly measures to the Jews, he noted that the Jews are peace-seeking people and favor broader friendship in the world like others followers of the divine religions such as Muslims, Christians and others.

Spokesman for the International Jewish Anti-Zionism Network, David Weiss, for his part said that there are a large number of Jews in the world who are against the notion of Zionism and establishing a Zionist state.

In relevant remarks in 2011, Rabbi Weiss also condemned the usurper Zionist regime, and said Zionism has stolen the name of Judaism and twisted it to oppress the Palestinians.

“Zionists have totally twisted … Judaism and what is humane, and godly,” Rabbi Weiss said on the sidelines of the International Conference on the Global Fight against Terrorism in the Iranian capital of Tehran in June 2011.

“Zionism is the abuse of what is legitimate and godly such as Judaism to oppress people, and it is the root cause of the endless river of bloodshed,” he added.

“We, as Jews, have seen the maligning and misconstruing of what and who is evil and who is a victim,” the rabbi continued.

He stressed that Palestinians, who are the real victims, are labeled as villains and as against the Jewish people.

“The world should comprehend what is true terrorism and should unify to stop it speedily and peacefully,” he noted.

“We come to present and to clarify the truth that the ones who are committing terrorism … are the Zionists,” Rabbi Weiss reiterated.

So when I hear Ahmadinejad calling for a ‘New’ World Order

I have to agree with him; understanding the information presented here so far I don’t see how any other conclusion can be drawn besides Iran is a peaceful nation, highly intelligent, very advanced that possesses perseverance and self-control, and there can be no doubt they are under attack by a rogue nation (Israel) and it is their duty to protect their land, people, way of life (no matter who agrees with it) just as any nation would do. The fact of the matter is my nation ( the United States of America) has been under attack and her government taken over by the very same entity that threatens Iran today, the good news is there are those within the intelligence services and military that remember their oath and America that are well aware of this fact today, as far as the American people; I am sad to say that the majority still don’t have a clue of the peril our country is in, and believe me it is more dire than Iran’s. It appears as long as people can put gas in their cars (even though it’s $4 per gallon)and the TV sets are still on they believe there’s no problem; nothing can be further from the truth I assure them.

Oh really, who are these measurements being made by, and are the measurements being made of those asleep? Must be if the answer is yes for we still have very few answers for the events that took place 11 years ago on 9/11/2001. 9/11 one of the greatest life altering events to take place on planet Earth, along with the largest display of negligence by a people of the highest order, and that is putting it mildly. Personally I have never thought it even possible for my fellow countrymen and women to remain so oblivious to the point of seemingly uncaring of thee most horrific atrocity to Americans on American soil. The willful perpetual ignorance to the events of 9/11/2001 borders mental illness and criminality.

In 3 days it will be 11 years, and there are those that still believe Iraq and Saddam Hussein did 9/11. Here in the U.S. our court systems have a saying, and they will not hesitate to boldly say; ‘ignorance is no excuse for the law’, well ignorance is no excuse for what has transpired over the past 11 years and the millions who have died and are dying because of it. We the American people are being destroyed by lack of knowledge. That is the bottom line.

There really is not much else for me to write that I haven’t already written or put together in the past and I am in no way saying I have all the answers but at least I have obtained enough knowledge to understand something is very wrong and we have been lied to from day one. I do this not for popularity or profit, for the exact opposite is what I have received, I do this to share the knowledge that has been shared with me so maybe, just maybe we can all once again concentrate on what is right; life liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all, and making the World a better place for future generations.

Yes the UN (The Old World Order) has the last say now everywhere; this is what happens when big power wants more. There will be many who think they will be a part of this New World Order if realized, but they too will be discarded and thrown to the wolves.

As of this week the UN is in New York City drawing up the Global Arms Trade Treaty and the nations of ‘The Dark Night’ are to sign this treaty July 27th.

Don’t look for the Executive, Legislative or Judicial branches of their government to stand up for our Constitutional Republic; now a failing democracy by design full of treasonous traitors in all 3 branches of government and a citizenry too ignorant to even do their simplest duty of judging the law as well as the accused at trials, so unjust laws still stand as innocent people rot in their gulags, many of whom are patriots as the private industrial prison system makes billions off the working class taxes.

Just look at what Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had to say Jan this year about the U.S. Constitution, and remember this is a dual nationality Israel/US citizen; but there are so many in the branches aren’t there. Remember this; when someone is talking down the U.S. Constitution they’re talking down MY COUNTRY. James Holmes a brilliant science student who graduated with the highest honors in 2010 with a neuroscience degree from the University of California, “he was at the top of the top,” recalled Riverside Chancellor Timothy P. White. Holmes also worked as a cabin counselor to underprivileged children at a summer camp in Los Angeles, according to those that knew him he was a quiet guy but never showed any signs of mental problems and had no record with the police. Allegedly in less than a month’s time purchased over 6000 rounds of ammunition, 4 firearms, tear gas, gas mask, head to toe full body armor, chemicals and explosives to rig his apartment, all UNDETECTED by the entire US intelligence communities, not one red flag was raised. And all the while James Holmes was preparing all this he would play his stereo full blast in his apartment every night from 12 – 1am.

James quit a competitive graduate program in neuroscience at the University of Colorado-Denver and painted his hair red and according to New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, called himself “The Joker,” the green-haired villain from the Batman movies put on a gas mask and left 12 people dead and 58 injured at a suburban Denver movie theater.

There were no traces of Holmes on Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, and Twitter or anywhere on the Web.

James Alan Fox, a criminal justice professor at Northeastern University in Boston, said people who commit mass murders usually aren’t mentally ill.

“It takes a certain degree of clear-headedness to plan and execute a crime like this,” Fox told NBC News.

“Contrary to the common misperception that these guys suddenly snap and go berserk, these are well-planned executions,” he said.

The Pentagon has confirmed that the alleged gunman in this incident, James Holmes, is not a past or current member of any branch or component of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Once again our entire U.S. intelligence community with all their billions in high tech junk sucking the working class dry is a complete failure over and over again, so we are supposed to believe. We are also going to be made to believe the United Nations and this new treaty are going to be the answer. As I have stated in previous articles the day we Americans give up our God and Guns is the day America is dead.

Recognizing and defining heroism, especially in these confusing days can be quite a task and this is what has led me to write and put this page together. I well know there are many views of what being a hero is, many I agree with and many I do not. In my humble opinion I will share with you my definition of a real hero and some who I hold to be real heroes in this exposition.

The dictionary defines a hero as -

1.A person, typically a man, who is admired for their courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities: a war hero

2.The chief male character in a book, play, or film, who is typically identified with good qualities, and with whom the reader is expected to sympathize: the hero of Kipling’s story

3.(in mythology and folklore) A person of superhuman qualities and often semi-divine origin, in particular one whose exploits were the subject of ancient Greek myths.

I couldn’t disagree more and believe not only the dictionaries definition of a hero incorrect but how loosely the word is used today is a real disservice to the very few who are real heroes. I’m sorry but courage, outstanding achievements, noble qualities, a character in a book, play or film and Greek myths just doesn’t cut it for the real definition of hero for me, and sure a hero has some of those qualities but being a real hero means much more.

In my almost 52 years here on planet hero I have been put on the spot four times, I have saved two people from drowning, one from bleeding to death and another from a heart attack. There were a couple others that weren’t so lucky; hero? Not hardly.

We are all obligated as humans to help others if we are able to if a situation arises that requires action within your capabilities, this is not heroism, this is just doing the right thing. Just as putting on a uniform, a badge or working in a dangerous field does not instantly make someone a hero.

Too me, to be a hero is

a person who is involved in something true, righteous and morally sound who is willing to go beyond their capabilities and far above and beyond their call of duty even with a great chance of known danger including possible loss of life and treasure for no profit and selflessly –

1. Save someone or something

2. Right something wrong

Some real heroes!

Ken O’Keefe

Ken O’Keefe a former United States Marine and Gulf War veteran is one that I consider to be classified as a hero.

Ken is involved in something true, righteous and morally sound, months before the 9/11 atrocities he had renounced his US citizenship over all the injustices he had experienced and is now an Irish – Palestinian citizen. Ken has gone beyond his capabilities and far above and beyond his call of duty, he led the Human Shield Action to Iraq to try and stop the invasion that we all know was crime against humanity. Ken has, and is fighting for the rights of the Palestinian people and was there in the Gaza flotilla raid on the MV Mavi Marmara trying to bring lifesaving medicine and supplies to the repressed people in Gaza. Ken was the one who disarmed and held two Israeli commandos.

The list is long of Ken’s heroism, he has selflessly under known danger with a great possibility of loss of life and treasure dedicated his life to righting something wrong and has saved more people than he would probably give himself credit for.

Ken O’Keefe is a real hero, a World Citizen, and as he said; ‘it is now the age of responsibility.’

Fueling The Fires Of Hell

This is an intelligence report so for those that have none please click the x in the right hand corner of the page.

I will begin this compilation of facts with stating to my reader that I would be putting this page together in the same way no matter what race, religion, color or country it pertained to. The fact of the matter is there today is only one major threat and it is a very old threat that can be traced as far back to the days of Rome and Jesus and as near as Germany WWII.

As I have stated in past reports it matters not what country has the biggest and best air force, navy, army, gizmos etc. The final and most deadly weapons are the submarines; they are the end game. I have to wonder what kind of threat or hold on Germany there must be, or maybe it’s the lack of knowledge of their real history that has them encumbered in guilt that has led them to this only what I can call a decision of insanity.

Germany has now provided yet another Dolphin class submarine to Israel, this one being the fourth named “Tanin” with two more in the works. These first strike capable submarines have according to an IDF official ‘a range for everything’.[1]

The Samson Option :

The Samson Option is the name coined for Israel’s massive last resort nuclear retaliation against anything that they think threatens their existence.[2]

The U.S. gives to Israel 8 million dollars per day and numbers as low as $115 billion since WWII, mostly in military ‘assistance’. Israel is the smallest country receiving the largest amount of money from the U.S.in foreign aid.[3]

USS Liberty was attacked in international waters by Israeli forces on June 8, 1967, killing 34 Americans and wounding another 174.

The Lavon Affair:

The Lavon Affair refers to a failed Israeli covert operation, code named Operation Susannah, conducted in Egypt in the Summer of 1954. As part of the false flag operation, a group of Egyptian Jews were recruited by Israeli military intelligence for plans to plant bombs inside Egyptian, American and British-owned targets. The attacks were to be blamed on the Muslim Brotherhood, Egyptian Communists, “unspecified malcontents” or “local nationalists” with the aim of creating a climate of sufficient violence and instability to induce the British government to retain its occupying troops in Egypt’s Suez Canal zone. The operation caused no casualties, except for those members of the cell who committed suicide after being captured.

The operation became known as the Lavon Affair after the Israeli defense minister Pinhas Lavon, who was forced to resign because of the incident, or euphemistically as the Unfortunate Affair or The Bad Business (Hebrew: העסק ביש‎, HaEsek Bish or העסק הביש, HaEsek HaBish). After being denied for 51 years, the surviving agents were in 2005 officially honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Israeli President Moshe Katzav.[5]

The three primary sources of “missing nuclear weapons” are:
1.Israeli/South African weapons developed at the Pelandaba facility. 3 of these weapons were lost in transit.

In these troubled day’s we live in, with so much tyranny and deception thrust upon all of us, it is no wonder there are so many doubts and unanswered questions created for so many of us who are forced down this narrow crooked path that seems to have no light or end. The long crooked path that drains ones soul of the ‘joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith’ that we were all born with.

It is this crooked path of life that slowly but surely depletes the soul of these virtues given as a gift to us all and replaces them with ‘anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego’ etc. etc. It is no wonder so many cannot hear or see, yes some may say; I have ears and eyes. But in reality do they hear and see? This is the question we all need to ask ourselves.

But there will always be day and night, good and evil.

Many in America and elsewhere have no idea how dark these times are getting because we live here under an artificial light, a light in many ways not a blessing as so many would like to think, but a light not from the heavens but stolen from those that are living in a darkness most here are not even capable of imagining. Stolen by a force so dark and powerful that only those that still have a shred of faith can understand that things are so very precarious and fragile and question this superficial reality we are all living in today.

This Land we live in here in the United States of America once glowed in not an artificial light but a light that shined from sea to shining sea, no matter what ones beliefs are today it is a FACT that this nation was founded under God and under Gods LAWS (Natural Laws). I was born in 1960 and I remember in my school years every morning saying the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of The United States of America. This pledge is today ruled unconstitutional because it states ‘under God’. For those who may not know this, this is what it states-

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Yes my faith too has been tried, I am not trying to give a sermon here, what I am trying to do is give you what was given me, I am trying to share something I believe to be an answer. It seems most all of us are looking for answers these days, the problem is we have to look and listen real hard, they are there and most times so simple.

So onto what I am writing about and that is John Anthony Hill, I knew nothing about JAH until a little over a year ago when I received an e-mail asking me if I would help get the word out about a man who was looking at life in prison over a DVD sent to the London court, of course I am not going to put any word out without first gaining every bit of information I can on just who that person is and just what that person is all about, so I did as thorough a job as I could before I came to a well-rounded decision that 1. This is for real and 2.It’s the truth, and I have to tell you I had no idea the road this was going to take me up.

I am writing this not only as I stated before, but to be completely truthful I believe more people have to and need to know about JAH.

This isn’t just about his 7/7 Ripple Effect film, this isn’t what John is about; he did that to prevent a perversion of justice and succeeded with the help of divine intervention.

JAH has been exposing the truth about the British Royals and created the 7/7 Ripple Effect video exposing the reality and innocents of those accused of caring out the London bombings that took place on 7/7 2005 claiming 56 lives and injured 700 plus people. Of course the claim was Islamist terrorist. John’s film exposes this attack for exactly what it was; a false flag operation.
My studies show it was Blair’s 9/11 to get the people to go for this so called ‘war on terror; and it worked very well.

John has been investigated by the secret services, had his personal computers and papers confiscated, been placed under a court gag-order, extradited from Ireland to the UK to be imprisoned and was looking at a possibility of life in prison there for sending his 7/7 Ripple Effect DVD to a UK courthouse. His crime; Standing up for innocent people looking at a sentence of long imprisonment or even death, being a friend of the court and sending a DVD to the court to PREVENT the perversion of the course of justice and TELLING THE TRUTH!- His charge; “Perverting the course of justice”.

With over two years of harassment, demonization, then silence by the press as the trial neared and 151 days in Wandsworth prison, the verdict; NOT GUILTY!

A rare case of justice prevailing or divine intervention? I believe the latter and anyone that followed this case would too.

I have never completely lost my faith but I cannot say it hasn’t dwindled and strayed, what I can say is I thank God for JAH because he reinforced my faith and dwindled my doubts, in these times anyone that can do that in my opinion has divine intervention with them. Zombie-ism the disease of the 21st century

The Horror show of the 21st century too

With today’s headlines here in my own home state of Kentucky, has once again made me emotional enough to write.Last month of March was the first month since 2006 I didn’t even get one article out on my blog ‘Writings and Rants‘ mainly because emotions are what drive me to write.

In today’s world it seems emotions are so numb due to the bombardment of pure evil and nonsense that real emotion for real reasons are a rare trait today. Here in my country it is so like the example in the report here today of ‘Fans burn couches, flip cars after Kentucky’s win‘.

We are truly a nation of zombies, a nation where the majority has been so managed and controlled by marketed politicians, manipulated through material and consumption of propaganda that the majority has had their own true identities stolen from them and do not even have a single thought of their own, their emotions are linked to false and material objects not to each other’s. We are truly a people of broken links, citizens replaced by consumers a nation of Zombies.

As grandma and grandpa freeze to death or die of heat stroke because they can’t afford the electricity and sit down for their meal of cat food, as our nation has been delivered to the New world Order and the UN/NATO now are our true government, as our food and water are being manipulated and poisoned, as our nation as no other is being looted like never before in the history of the world, as the next false flag that will make 9/11 look like a pin prick and WWIII is being planned, as we invade and occupy other nations and call the people of those nations terrorist and insurgents and bomb, wholesale house to house murder, torture and imprison innocent people that have never been guilty of anything besides defending themselves, as their children and family members lie in pieces blown to smithereens in their own streets by an invading force so out of control, demoralized, desensitized and confused because there is and never has been a real mission that would stand to any real moral standard, but a mission unknown to the ones caring out the orders, a rampage-mission of raping and pillaging every land to benefit a few that has nothing to do with keeping anyone anywhere safe but to make everyone everywhere at the mercy of the few and they have none.

Living in a nation of Zombies where thinking is radicalism, where if you don’t know the top people on American Idol, Dancing with the stars, NASCAR and Football this means there is something wrong with you, if you do know and try and talk to someone about the previous stated issues, real and important issues there’s something wrong with you. Where there’s something wrong with you if you give a damn about people instead of materialistic BS, yeah people like our young that have had their lives stolen from them at birth and our youth being sent to die in wars that have not even been declared, Zombie wars where there is no real enemy or mission where the depleted uranium munitions and experimental vaccinations will kill them if people being invaded don’t. Babies at birth that is if they are so lucky not to have been aborted and used for research all over America or for flavoring in Pepsi and other food stuff or sexual inhibitors and beauty supplies; oh those darn ‘inconvenient infants’.

Where else besides in a nation of Zombies could this be happening and the people are burning and flipping over cars over a game and don’t give a damn about and probably don’t even know about the horrors surrounding them ready to collapse on top of their very own heads at any time now. Where else besides in a nation of Zombies there can be no one found, not one ‘HERO’ to stand against this evil tyranny that has consumed our land and stolen our lives, liberty and happiness. Where are our leaders we entrusted with our liberties our Congress and Senate, Military Generals, Judges, Constitutional Lawyers, Doctors, Teachers etc.

It seems they have all been Zombiefried, the good thing is if you actually are reading this right now this means I am not alone and there are others out there too that this horrible disease called Zombie-ism hasn’t infected yet, hopefully we are immune to it somehow and hopefully we can find a cure soon.

I have only touched on the tip of the iceberg here and could go on for thousands of pages so I will end it here…

U.S. sending oldest active duty ship, the aircraft carrier Enterprise to Persian Gulf

As hearing the news of the world’s first nuclear powered aircraft carrier the USS Enterprise steaming towards the Strait of Hormuz, in my mind red flags rose up and alarm bells started ringing.

With the USS Enterprise having over a half of a century of service and due to be taken offline in November, one has to wonder if this ship with 1700 souls on board is on a journey to its demise; think USS Liberty.

It is well known of the buildup for the coming war with Iran, and there has been much chatter of the Iranians submarines being a very possible threat in the coming closure of the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important shipping lanes.

An Iranian official said
“If they (the West) impose sanctions on Iran’s oil exports, then even one drop of oil cannot flow from the Strait of Hormuz”.

On Sunday the USS Abraham Lincoln sailed through the Persian Gulf Strait of Hormuz then on Monday the 27-member European Union voted to ban the imports of Iranian oil, and sanction transactions with Iran’s Central Bank but of course BP is being awarded 27 million dollars for gulf oil exploration leases and being exempt from the U.S. sanctions/oil embargo.

Headline today of “Iran ‘definitely’ closing Strait of Hormuz over EU oil embargo” it seems we are within only months of a possible false-flag attack to force a reason to begin our next war, and what better way than to torpedo the USS Enterprise and blame it on Iran. Two birds with one stone, justification for an attack and get rid of a very expensive decommission of a nuclear powered aircraft carrier.

World War may come sooner than I had believed.

All the while here at home the American people are losing everything they have like the story today of the 101 year old woman evicted from her Detroit home.

H.R. 1540: National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012

Last Action: Dec 21, 2011: Presented to President. And not signed.

It makes me so angry how blown out of proportion, taken out of context ranging from the absurd to downright fear mongering, and makes me wonder why so many people and even Ron and Rand Paul have jumped on this band wagon of fear mongering and out of context BS, it has already damaged Ron Paul’s campaign. I have been studying the facts on this NDAA over the last few weeks intensely. This kind of rhetoric is what will give them the excuse they are looking for to shut the internet down, all it would take is some disgruntled person, and there are many, to go off the deep end over all this nonsense.

I want my readers to understand that if I could find one shred of truth of these claims I would be all over it like flies on poop, as I wrote in my last article when they were starting this fear campaign about how FEMA is getting these camps ready. I contacted, completely separately and without letting either know I had contacted the other, KBR and the people I know inside, and their stories matched from 3 different sources.

1. Yes this bill is an anti-American piece of TRASH no doubt. Anything that condones secret prisons, torture and imprisoning anyone from anywhere with no trial is illegal and un-American as it get’s. Not only that this bill is going after Iran big time and of course giving billions of dollars for more death and destruction around the globe to the military industrial complex as our nation slips into a 3rd world banana republic. This is nothing new, think Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act, they do what they will anyway and always have because we the people let them.

2 . Yes this Bill does allow anyone including possibly American citizens to be arrested by the military and sent to one of these gulags but only if they have committed a belligerent act or directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.

In aid of such enemy forces is the key.

A belligerent act in aid of such enemy forces, enemy forces in the bill are; as the bill reads- ” (1) A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks. Why isn’t anyone talking about this in the 9/11 truth movement? There should be a whole lot of people shaking in their boots right now.

(2) A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces. Now this is from S. 1867 and has passed the senate but not the Congress nor been signed into law it looks to me that it has been abandoned. H.R. 1540 : National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 this is the Bill that has passed both Senate and Congress and is just waiting for a signature or a veto from Barry Soetoro AKA Obama. I have included Sec 1021 and 1022 below.

Enemy forces in this bill are a member of, or part of, al-Qaeda or an associated force that acts in coordination with or pursuant to the direction of al-Qaeda; and have participated in the course of planning or carrying out an attack or attempted attack against the United States or its coalition partners.

The question is, are you a member of the enemy forces, or have you committed a belligerent act in aid of such enemy forces? Have you supported hostilities in aid of such enemy forces? Are you a person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks?

If your answer is no then the NDAA does not apply to YOU!

My conclusion and questions are.

This has nothing to do with the American people! It’s way bigger than that.

Why is no one in the truth movement talking about the good thing in this bill that would give the American Military by law to arrest, as this Bill states; “A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks. ” (This would include a broad range of Americans)

Might there be some kind of internal rift going on? Is this bill allowing the U.S. military to arrest anyone anywhere involved with 9/11 to be taken down and dealt with some kind of a counter threat in this great game being played out within.

It seems to me I would be pretty nervous if I were in the Bush administration or the intelligence apparatus and also remember this so called al-Qaeda is completely created by, run and controlled by al CIAduh let alone all the mock trials around the world, most recently Malaysia that have found Bush, Blair and Cheney just to name a few GUILTY of war crimes and crimes surrounding 9 1 1. I would be absolutely amazed if this ever gets signed into law. The good generals in the military would be responsible to arrest them all the day after it’s signed; legally!

Not only that, this will open Pandora’s Box for Russia and China to make their own laws to do the same, maybe God is working in mysterious ways and we will finally see some justice.

Almost everyone everywhere knows there are those amongst us that were/are involved with 9/11 and al-Qaeda.

This Bill is a threat and a dangerous game of chess being played out internally, if Obama signs this I wonder who the next Facebook patsy will be for the assassination. This is why I will be amazed if this ever gets signed into law.

If it does it will be very interesting to see if we have any real heroes in the military and if they will do their job, there should be a coup d’état within a few months and we will probably go under a military dictatorship temporarily until we get things sorted out.

If they want you they will get you without any legislation, bill or act, they do whatever they will and that’s what’s really scary. If this bill does get signed I really believe it will be eventually known in history as the coup d’état bill and we will see the US go into a military dictatorship for a short period until we throw off this abdominal government and replace it. The big brass is in the know and their just as tired of all this crap as we are, I think we are in for some interesting times very soon, it won’t be pretty I know but something has to be done soon or it’s going to be WWIII.

I still stand my ground and DON”T believe all this ‘the military is going to come after American citizens for blogging and being patriotic and start executing and throwing us in gulags’ this is all a bunch of BS and if it’s not all I can say is good luck it will be their biggest mistake, underestimating the American people.

FEMA, private contractors (KBR etc.) and the government are getting ready for a complete societal brake-down. I travel all over this country and I can’t even imagine in the event of a catastrophic event of any kind especially in these big cities. No one is prepared because most Americans believe nothing can happen here.

the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001,
or harbored those responsible for those attacks.
(2) A person who was a part of or substantially supported
al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged
in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners,
including any person who has committed a belligerent act or
has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy
forces.
(c) DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR.—The disposition of a
person under the law of war as described in subsection (a) may
include the following:
(1) Detention under the law of war without trial until
the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for
Use of Military Force.
(2) Trial under chapter 47A of title 10, United States
Code (as amended by the Military Commissions Act of 2009
(title XVIII of Public Law 111–84)).
(3) Transfer for trial by an alternative court or competent
tribunal having lawful jurisdiction.
(4) Transfer to the custody or control of the person’s country
of origin, any other foreign country, or any other foreign entity.
(d) CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this section is intended to limit
or expand the authority of the President or the scope of the
Authorization for Use of Military Force.
(e) AUTHORITIES.— Nothing in this section shall be construed
to affect existing law or authorities relating to the detention of
United States citizens, lawful resident aliens of the United States,
or any other persons who are captured or arrested in the United
States.
(f) REQUIREMENT FOR BRIEFINGS OF CONGRESS.—The Secretary
of Defense shall regularly brief Congress regarding the application
of the authority described in this section, including the organizations,
entities, and individuals considered to be ‘‘covered persons’’
for purposes of subsection (b)(2).

SEC. 1022. MILITARY CUSTODY FOR FOREIGN AL-QAEDA TERRORISTS.
(a) CUSTODY PENDING DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in paragraph (4), the
Armed Forces of the United States shall hold a person described
in paragraph (2) who is captured in the course of hostilities
authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force
(Public Law 107–40) in military custody pending disposition
under the law of war.
(2) COVERED PERSONS.—The requirement in paragraph (1)
shall apply to any person whose detention is authorized under
section 1021 who is determined—
(A) to be a member of, or part of, al-Qaeda or an
associated force that acts in coordination with or pursuant
to the direction of al-Qaeda; and
(B) to have participated in the course of planning or
carrying out an attack or attempted attack against the
United States or its coalition partners.
(3) DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR.—For purposes of this
subsection, the disposition of a person under the law of war
has the meaning given in section 1021(c), except that no
transfer otherwise described in paragraph (4) of that section
shall be made unless consistent with the requirements of section
1028.
(4) WAIVER FOR NATIONAL SECURITY.—The President may
waive the requirement of paragraph (1) if the President submits
to Congress a certification in writing that such a waiver is
in the national security interests of the United States.
(b) APPLICABILITY TO UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND LAWFUL
RESIDENT ALIENS.—
(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS.—The requirement to detain
a person in military custody under this section does not extend
to citizens of the United States.
(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS.—The requirement to detain
a person in military custody under this section does not extend
to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis
of conduct taking place within the United States, except to
the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.
(c) IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 60 days after the date
of the enactment of this Act, the President shall issue, and
submit to Congress, procedures for implementing this section.
(2) ELEMENTS.—The procedures for implementing this section
shall include, but not be limited to, procedures as follows:
(A) Procedures designating the persons authorized to
make determinations under subsection (a)(2) and the
process by which such determinations are to be made.
(B) Procedures providing that the requirement for military
custody under subsection (a)(1) does not require the
interruption of ongoing surveillance or intelligence gathering
with regard to persons not already in the custody
or control of the United States.
(C) Procedures providing that a determination under
subsection (a)(2) is not required to be implemented until
after the conclusion of an interrogation which is ongoing
at the time the determination is made and does not require
the interruption of any such ongoing interrogation.

2012 WAR IS DECLARED ON THE ENEMY

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate it, and Happy New Year to all.

I know the coming new year will have many unknown-unknowns as Donald Rumsfeld would say, but one thing I do know, there will be as much good as evil, there always is, it’s just many of us as I are concentrating on the enemies evil these days and rightfully so.

The world today, make no mistake about it, is in a battle of good vs. evil. We are in the midst of a great war, this war centers on what’s right and wrong and can only be won by knowing the difference between fact and fiction and this is no easy task.

I know in my heart there is much more good than evil in the world as I hope you do also, the evil is being transformed into good exponentially. I also know sometimes this is hard to believe with what we are all a witness to today, it can be very difficult to keep our faith in ourselves and the Lord in these troubled times. As I said previously, this is a war!

This enemy, Beelzebub, feeds on hate and ignorance; these are the two main ingredients it must have to survive.

It is up to us, the good people of the world to do the very best we can, in any way we can no matter how small or insignificant we may believe we are to learn truth and spread it anyway and every-way we can.

There is no such thing as insignificant and if someone say’s so, their the enemy. Everything and everyone looking for truth is of value in one way or another in this battle.

Truth and knowledge of it is the 100 megaton nuclear bomb that will destroy the enemy of love and peace on earth.

Our enemy for too long has had the luxury of controlling history and what we think, but now with us winning another battle by using the enemies own tool against them they have lost this luxury, it is destroyed.

This tool is the internet and even if they somehow shut it down today it is too late, too much truth is out of the bag and can never be put back.

Good is winning, but this is in no way going to be done overnight as we would like because of so many centuries of apathy from only knowing and depending on what the enemy has told us. Good has always had a huge problem believing there can be such evil, but now for the first time almost everyone, everywhere, knows.

As Zbigniew Brzezinski said in his speech on October 14, 2011 in Normandy, France; he said

The enemy (evil) has only a very small army, this army has had the advantage until now by knowing it’s enemy very well, it’s enemy is the good people of the world.

Many say this is the end; the end of the world; the end of America, the end of rights, the end of liberty, and the end of freedom etc.etc.

I assure you it’s not, it’s just the beginning. Every day is a new beginning.

Let’s make 2012 the year of knowing the enemy. The liars and manipulators are getting easier to recognize every passing day.

Peace and love on earth, everything else is the enemy.

The path we have followed for so long.

It’s amazing how long this has been going on, so today I would like to share some audio files I have chosen out of the library of Dr. Peter Beter. I have included the link to this library at the bottom of the page.

It is amazing to listen to intelligence from decades past and compare the correlations to the times today and how they coincide so closely. As back in the days of these audios, today we don’t get everything right but no-one is a mind reader or a future teller, but it’s amazing how close some get.

The war on America and the world has been going on for a long time and I believe we are near a climax once again, the manipulation and theft by the few of generations is astonishing.

Due to the imperialistic path our country has been on for decades now; as soon as the beginning of 2012 we will be either in a final world war or a completely isolated country from the outside world; either way it will soon be the end of America as we know it and everyone will know what really has been going on.

I now for years have been writing and trying to warn my readers of the consequences of the path our public servants have led us down and now I fear the time is very near, we must hope for the best but prepare for the worse now. The days of kidding ourselves that nothing can happen to America are over now; anyone that has been paying any attention what so-ever it is plain to see the coming peril, instability and worse case scenario of the world at war against us.

I know many who will not understand and still believe our government and military have been used for good purposes and to bring freedom and democracy to the countries and governments we have overthrown, invaded, occupied and bombed into the stone age but nothing could be any further away from the truth.

The truth is, as I have written many reports on this, is we have been being used militarily, financially and physically in every way by the ones who have conquered us many decades ago by infiltration into the very fabric of our nation to wage their wars. This is nothing new and has happened many times before throughout history from Rome to Russia and all in-between; now it’s our turn.

It has cost us almost everything and it may in the end cost us everything.

The collapse of America over trying to build this New World Order for these so-called elite banking families etc. is leaving the world we have so brutalized over the decades in a very unique position that one can only leave to their imagination of what the future has in store for us here in the United States.

The latest headlines with Russia, China (BRICS) flexing their muscle and now todays (12/4/2011) national news headline – Latin America unites in new bloc, US not invited.

The formation of CELAC was warmly welcomed by rising global power, China.

Thirty-three Latin American leaders have come together and formed a new regional bloc, pledging closer economic and political ties. The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) pointedly excludes the US and Canada.

The writing is on the wall; or is it in stone now?

I do not write for popularity as should be obvious to anyone that has read me, just as I am writing this today I write because I care very much not only for my fellow Americans but for all people everywhere in the world. As I know them, the ones who divide and conquer would have us believe different we are all brothers and sisters, we all have feelings and bleed the same no matter the skin color.

I am not going to get into the details of what I see coming for us here in the US what I will say is it is horrifying and my advice is to prepare now because as I have said before the hour is not near it has past. It should be self-evident to anyone now even who watches the main stream media, it’s not going to be a rough road but a cliff we are going to encounter.

As I have stated many times before, the biggest threat to our national security in the United States of America besides Americans is China, don’t get me wrong I have nothing against the people of China but their government just as ours is a force we will all have to contend with someday, probably sooner than later.

At the amazing rate this super power is rising, the web of debt and military technology and the likes there-of we have shared and created with China, we have spun one of the biggest national security threats upon the United States that no other in our history can be compared.

With the US over 15 trillion dollars in debt, 2.5 trillion of that is owed to China, our credit card has long been maxed out and now China is going after our hard assets rather than failing bonds and useless paper.

Question; is everyone and everything in America for sale?

Many States are now so crippled in debt they are now selling our State Hospitals, House and Senate buildings, State fairgrounds with a lease-back option with many other state infrastructures already sold or being considered for the chopping block such as toll roads, bridges, national parks, prisons etc. Remember these state owned properties and structures have been paid for a thousand times by we the PEOPLE! and are now being sold to the highest bidder and they care not what foreign country pays, and China’s buying!

How much will we have to sell to pay the trillions owed?
At the rate our country is disintegrating soon Americans will be renting America!

Remember the ‘terrible’ protesters in Washington State and the World Trade Organization? Since China joined the WTO almost all of our factories have been moved to Asia and our manufacturing jobs went with them; globalization it’s just wonderful isn’t it?

In the days of the great depression our government put many to work on projects like the Sanfrancisco Bay Bridge built in 1936 now being rebuilt with the help of thousands of Chinese workers that will have a label on it, ‘Made in China’ to be completed in 2013 at a cost claimed of $6.3 billion with many of the main structural components built, outsourced to China built in China and shipped to the US along with Chinese workers getting the million plus man-hours of work instead of Americans. I guess China’s engineering has surpassed the United States, oh that’s right I forgot; all our engineers have moved to China.

Who’s country is America’s now?

China is building schools, investing in real estate and luxury apartments, oil and gas fields in Texas and has multiple contracts such as to build a casino in Atlantic City build a train station near Yankee Stadium and rebuild the Alexander Hamilton bridge in New York City. China has also signed leases at the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center in New York.

Even the new Martin Luther King memorial built in Washington was built in China with Chinese granite by a Chinese sculptor.

(CCA) a Chinese company has incorporated into America and boasts of its firm establishment in the US, below from their website.

China is very busy in Idaho today:

There are many reports out there claiming there will be tax breaks and permanent residency to foreign nationals from China, China is constructing a self-sustaining city near Boise Idaho that will belong to the communist Chinese, this is going to be a 50 square mile Chinese owned technology zone in Idaho including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, retail centers and large numbers of homes for Chinese workers, the Chinese plan to build huge cities devoted to Chinese manufacturing and commerce across America, and the Governor of Idaho is going to sell the State of Idaho to the Chinese.

Now I don’t know and have not been able to verify the above claims but here are some facts I have looked at.

There is one of many possible Chinese free trade zones in the U.S. also known as SEZ’s (Special Economic Zones) to come causing a ruckus in Idaho and rightfully so in my opinion.

Idaho Gov. Otter’s Project 60, number 3 on the list to encourage foreign investment. Allegedly Gov. Butch Otter of Idaho went all the way to China to tell them personally Idaho is available to the Chinese.

The two Chinese major players who have moved into Idaho.

Meet China National Machinery Industry Complete Engineering Corporation(Simomach) and Hoku

This is from their website (emphasis added in bold)

“Hoku Materials manufactures, markets and sells polysilicon for the solar industry from its plant currently under construction in Pocatello, Idaho./Hoku Scientific, Inc.membrane electrode fuel cell assemblies IdaTech is a subsidiary of the Boise, Idaho-based energy and technology holding company IDACORP, Inc. .Hoku Scientific, Inc. designs, develops and manufactures membrane electrode assemblies and non-fluorinated membranes for proton exchange membrane fuel cells. to provide fully-integrated stationary fuel cell systems incorporating Hoku MEA(TM) for the U.S. Navy demonstration. Fuel cells for commercial and military applications.”

Hoku is also interested in building a fertilizer plant near American Falls Idaho.

Dustin Shindo, chairman and CEO of Hoku Scientific, said three factors led his company to Pocatello.
“First and most important is the community,” – “The people there and the governmental organizations were very welcoming. They are very capable people. Secondly, it has the resources, including land and the hydroelectric power, which is very important to us for low-cost electricity. And Pocatello has good transportation infrastructure with rail, roads and an airport all in a convenient location.”

Hoku, works on clean energy technology, says it will employ about 200 at the $260- million facility.

China, Qian Zhimin, Chairman of CGNPC (China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corp.) and Anne Lauvergeon, CEO of AREVA a French nuclear power company out of Paris have signed a historic agreement for the nuclear power industry, the record contract worth 8 billion euros, is unprecedented in the world nuclear market to build a $2 billion uranium enrichment plant near Idaho Falls the plant is expected to open in 2014.

Much of these projects will be close to U.S. railroad and airport hubs.

It has been reported Simomach is looking at Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania also.

The sellout, it seems everything and everybody is for sale in America and to HELL with real national security issues as long as we make a buck!

General Electric moves its X-ray division to Beijing China and is investing over $2 billion and creating research centers there.
Amazingly G.E.’s CEO Jeffrey Immelt was made Obama’s job Czar. G.E. also is helping China build the avionics for the new commercial planes they are building that will be competing in the near future with Boeing, these updated avionics will most likely be pursued for China’s quickly growing military purposes too.

The ‘China Hub’ Lambert-St. Louis Airport, called Aerotropolis
Tax credit program for China’s new 27.6 million square feet of ‘cargo, factory and warehouse space for the Chinese cargo hub at the St. Louis Airport.

U.S. coal exports to China

Wyoming and Montana are waiting on new export terminals to be built in Washington State where there are big plans to start exporting up to 100 million tons of U.S. coal annually to China.
