Look to Yugoslavia, Georgia, Somalia, Venezuela, Guatemala, Cuba, Japan, Vietnam, N. and S. Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and all around and in-between to better understand what is coming HERE in the US of A as soon as this Regime of The Dark Night has used us all up and finally make their move on their grand chessboard to disarm the United States of America; make no mistake about it, this is the move being made NOW!

We WERE the richest nation on Earth in every way, we have been used and abused and when this regime is soon finished with us it will be our turn.

U.N. expert says U.S. executions, due Wednesday, unconstitutional

GENEVA (Reuters)

U.N. special rapporteur Christof Heyns United Nations human rights investigator called on the U.S. states of Georgia and Texas to halt the execution of two men, scheduled for Wednesday, saying that the prisoners were mentally disabled and killing them would breach the U.S. constitution.Christof Heyns, U.N. special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, said that it was a “violation of death penalty safeguards” to execute someone suffering from “psychosocial disabilities” and said their death sentences should be commuted. “It is also contrary to the U.S. Supreme Court ruling Atkins v. Virginia which held that such executions are unconstitutional,” Heyns said in a statement, referring to a 2002 ruling that bans executing mentally retarded defendants.

As of this week the UN is in New York City drawing up the Global Arms Trade Treaty and the nations of ‘The Dark Night’ are to sign this treaty July 27th.

Don’t look for the Executive, Legislative or Judicial branches of their government to stand up for our Constitutional Republic; now a failing democracy by design full of treasonous traitors in all 3 branches of government and a citizenry too ignorant to even do their simplest duty of judging the law as well as the accused at trials, so unjust laws still stand as innocent people rot in their gulags, many of whom are patriots as the private industrial prison system makes billions off the working class taxes.

Just look at what Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had to say Jan this year about the U.S. Constitution, and remember this is a dual nationality Israel/US citizen; but there are so many in the branches aren’t there. Remember this; when someone is talking down the U.S. Constitution they’re talking down MY COUNTRY. I am sick of it, watching these SOB’s take an oath to PRESERVE and PROTECT my country and turn around and CRAP all over it with their smug smiling jackal faces. James Holmes a brilliant science student who graduated with the highest honors in 2010 with a neuroscience degree from the University of California, “he was at the top of the top,” recalled Riverside Chancellor Timothy P. White. Holmes also worked as a cabin counselor to underprivileged children at a summer camp in Los Angeles, according to those that knew him he was a quiet guy but never showed any signs of mental problems and had no record with the police. Allegedly in less than a month’s time purchased over 6000 rounds of ammunition, 4 firearms, tear gas, gas mask, head to toe full body armor, chemicals and explosives to rig his apartment, all UNDETECTED by the entire US intelligence communities, not one red flag was raised. And all the while James Holmes was preparing all this he would play his stereo full blast in his apartment every night from 12 – 1am.

James quit a competitive graduate program in neuroscience at the University of Colorado-Denver and painted his hair red and according to New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, called himself “The Joker,” the green-haired villain from the Batman movies put on a gas mask and left 12 people dead and 58 injured at a suburban Denver movie theater.

There were no traces of Holmes on Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, and Twitter or anywhere on the Web.

James Alan Fox, a criminal justice professor at Northeastern University in Boston, said people who commit mass murders usually aren’t mentally ill.

“It takes a certain degree of clear-headedness to plan and execute a crime like this,” Fox told NBC News.

“Contrary to the common misperception that these guys suddenly snap and go berserk, these are well-planned executions,” he said.

The Pentagon has confirmed that the alleged gunman in this incident, James Holmes, is not a past or current member of any branch or component of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Who’s quotes are they? Mahmoud Ahmadinejad President of the Islamic Republic of Iran in his “evil” speech at the 65th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, today’s American public enemy number one, per main stream media and the god box.

If the god box (TV) said Ahmadinejad was an angle from Heaven, then he would be, for whatever the box say’s is the truth right? Wrong.

Here’s what was said that made USA, Australia, New Zealand, all 27 delegates from the EU states, Canada, and Costa Rica walk out.

(Note: What has not been stated is there are 192 members of the United Nations, only 32 walked out.)

“One can analyze the current governance of the world by examining three events:

First, the event of the II September 2001 which has affected the whole world for almost a decade. All of a sudden, the news of the attack on the twin towers was broadcast using numerous footages of the incident. Almost all governments and known figures strongly condemned this incident. But then a propaganda machine came into full force; it was implied that the whole world was exposed to a huge danger, namely terrorism, and that the only way to save the world would be to deploy forces into Afghanistan. Eventually Afghanistan, and shortly thereafter Iraq were occupied.

It was said that some three thousands people were killed on the II September for which we are all very saddened. Yet, up until now, in Afghanistan and Iraq hundreds of thousands of people have been killed, millions wounded and displaced and the conflict is still going on and expanding.

In identifying those responsible for the attack, there were three viewpoints.

1- That a very powerful and complex terrorist group, able to successfully cross all layers of the American intelligence and security, carried out the attack. This is the main viewpoint advocated by American statesmen.

2- That some segments within the U.S. government orchestrated the attack to reverse the declining American economy and its grips on the Middle East in order also to save the Zionist regime. The majority of the American people as well as other nations and politicians agree with this view.

3- It was carried out by a terrorist group but the American government supported and took advantage of the situation. Apparently, this viewpoint has fewer proponents. The main evidence linking the incident was a few passports found in the huge volume of rubble and a video of an individual whose place of domicile was unknown but it was announced that he had been involved in oil deals with some American officials.
It was also covered up and said that due to the explosion and fire no trace of the suicide attackers was found.

There remain, however, a few questions to be answered:

1- Would it not have been sensible that first a thorough investigation should have been conducted by independent groups to conclusively identify the elements involved in the attack and then map out a rational plan to take measures against them?

2- Assuming the viewpoint of the American government, is it rational to launch a classic war through widespread deployment of troops that led to the death of hundreds of thousands of people to counter a terrorist group?

3- Was it not possible to act the way Iran countered the Riggi terrorist group who killed and wounded 400 innocent people in Iran. In the Iranian operation no innocent person was hurt. It is proposed that the United Nations set up an independent fact-finding group for the event of the II September so that in the future expressing views about it is not forbidden.”

The hypocrisy and it’s campaign is without boundaries, I did not spend all the time and energy to put this report together in defense of the Iranian President, what triggered me to write this are all the billboards and buses around the country stating “Iran makes a KILLING everyday we wait”, this message is just another very dangerous psyop on the American people and a distraction from the truth as usual guiding the masses into yet another war on a people for their resources. The msm and the god box say…”The Iranian people love Americans” if this is true they are truly a Godly and forgiving people.

Lets look at a little history of Persia/Iran. I will be brief and link sources of your own choosing for your own review.

Before I get started I would like to state the fact that Ahmadinejad is the President of Iran, not the Supreme Leader. Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei is the Supreme Leader and he alone has the final say on Iranian affairs.

Who has Iran attacked?, correct me if I am wrong, nobody.

Iran has been attacked by the Arabs(the Iranians are not Arabs they are Persians), Russians, British, Americans and Iraq backed and weaponized (including chemical and biological) by the United States.

Iran was occupied by Britain in World War II for a supply route to their ally, the USSR. BP (British Petroleum), formally Anglo-Iranian Oil Company and before that Anglo-Persian Oil Company began exploiting Iran’s oil reserves and infringing on Iran’s sovereignty while reaping monstrous profits and giving a fraction of the profits to Iran.

After decades of abuse of Iran’s resources by Britain, in 1951 the Parliament voted to nationalize (To convert from private to governmental ownership and control) Iran’s oil and Dr.Mohammed Mossadegh (Time Magazine man of the year) was elected Prime Minister of Iran. Mossadegh was well known for his opposition against foreign intervention in Iran. Prime Minister from 1951 to July 1953 Prime Minister Mossadegh began many projects to benefit Iran and it’s people. Even after offering Britain a 50/50 deal his service was cut short by a coup, Dr. Mohammed Mossadegh was imprisoned for three years and under house arrest until his death in March 1967, his supporters were jailed or executed. Iran was not going to nationalize and control their oil. All oil that fueled England from the twenties through the forties came from Iran

The first foreign government the CIA overthrew was the 1953 coup of Iran (Project Ajax), instigated by Britain.

The repressive and brutal monarchy of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, Shah of Iran was kept in power by the US and Britain until the 1979 Iran Revolution and then replaced the monarchy with an Islamic republic under Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the leader of the revolution.

Again Pahlavi went into exile in Egypt, Morocco, the Bahamas and Mexico. Pahlavi suffered from gallbladder stones and bile duct, he insisted on treatment in the United States, by request of David Rockefeller, President Jimmy Carter allowed the Shaw into the US for treatment. The Iranian government demanded him to be extradited back to Iran to stand trial for his crimes, President Carter refused, this was the bursting of the bubble resulting in the storming of the US embassy in Iran and the Iran hostage crisis.

Because of the chaos and turmoil created by the revolution Saddam Hussein seized the opportunity of the moment and attacked Iran beginning the Iran-Iraq war(Persian Gulf War). On Sept 22 1980 Iraq invaded Iran, eight years later and a half million (claimed) dead the war accomplished nothing but death and sorrow, this war was one of the worst wars since WWII.

During the war The United States backed Saddam Hussein (Iraq). President Ronald Reagan “the United States could not afford to allow Iraq to lose the war to Iran, and that the United States would do whatever was necessary to prevent Iraq from losing the war with Iran. President Reagan against objections from Congress removed Iraq from the known list of terrorist countries in 1982.

Whatever was necessary which included shooting down Iran Air Flight 655 a civilian airliner killing 290 people on-board, giving dual use equipment, intelligence, money and through Reagan’s diplomat Donald Rumsfeld, chemical and biological weapons were provided, those killing 50,000 during the war and numbers at 100,000 from the long term effects today.

May, 1986. The US Department of Commerce licenses 70 biological exports to Iraq between May of 1985 and 1989, including at least 21 batches of lethal strains of anthrax. May, 1986. US Department of Commerce approves shipment of weapons grade botulin poison to Iraq.

March, 1987. President Reagan bows to the findings of the Tower Commission admitting the sale of arms to Iran in exchange for hostages.

Oliver North uses the profits from the sale to fund an illegal war in Nicaragua. Late 1987. The Iraqi Air Force begins using chemical agents against Kurdish resistance forces in northern Iraq. February, 1988. Saddam Hussein begins the “Anfal” campaign against the Kurd s of northern Iraq. The Iraq regime used chemical weapons against the Kurd s killing over 100,000 civilians and destroying over 1,200
Kurdish villages. April, 1988. US Department of Commerce approves shipment of chemicals used in manufacture of mustard gas.

August, 1988. Four major battles were fought from April to August 1988, in which the Iraqis massively and effectively used chemical weapons to defeat the Iranians. Nerve gas and blister agents such as mustard gas are used. By this time the US Defense Intelligence Agency is heavily involved with Saddam Hussein in battle plan assistance, intelligence gathering and post battle debriefing. In the last major battle with of the war, 65,000 Iranians are killed, many with poison gas. Use of chemical weapons in war is in violation of the Geneva accords of 1925.

February, 1994. Senator Riegle from Michigan, chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, testifies before the senate revealing large US shipments of dual-use biological and chemical agents to Iraq that may have been used against US troops in the Gulf War and probably was the cause of the illness known as Gulf War Syndrome.

The Soviet Union was the largest weapons supplier, but England, France and Germany were also involved in the shipment of arms and technology.”

Conclusion:

What would we Americans think if another country such as China or Russia pulled a coup on our government because we didn’t want to do as they wished with our resources and sent our country into a revolution. What would we think if a fore-mentioned country supplied weapons of mass destruction and aid to, let’s say Mexico, to invade and kill a 100,000 of us, would we love them? are we that forgiving? I don’t believe so.

I sincerely hope this report sheds some light on the Iran subject, the pieces are in place and the campaign to yet invade another country has been implemented, no I do not believe Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons although I believe they should, and if they are they would be used as a deterrent just like all other nations that have them, to keep the monsters at bay.

As I end this report I want to reiterate that Ahmadinejad never said Israel should be wiped off the map, just as everything he say’s gets twisted by the propaganda machine. What was said was…

In 2005 President Mahoud Ahmadinejad said “this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time” and the words were intentionally twisted into, Israel should be “wiped off the map “.

Now in 2008 According to the Iranian media Monday and the Jerusalem Post, Iranian President Mahoud Ahmadinejad declared that Israel was destined to ‘disappearance and destruction’ at a council meeting with Iranian ministers.

Now the propaganda machine has spun it to, the president of Iran again lashed out at Israel on Friday and said it was “heading toward
annihilation and extinction and of course they bring up the 2005 spin of what was said.

There was a time in America when all one had to say to completely discredit the truth was UFO or conspiracy theory.

The American people, by the media have had the truth suppressed by these two phrases for decades. But I am happy to say that now these two little phrases do not stop the truth anymore, the sleeping giant is finally awakening, I am talking about the American people.

But there are still those who persist and persist relentlessly in trying to keep the truth hidden. This is nothing new for America and anyone that knows just a little of our history knows this.

Convenient truth does not equal real truth.

All the way back to the Lusitania, the Wilson administration was engineering Americas entanglement in conflict. They were think tanking potential scenarios to enter America into the war. A discussion between Edward Grey,the foreign secretary of England and House:

Gray:” What will America do if the Germans sink an ocean liner with American passengers on board?”

House: “I believe that a flame of indignation would sweep the United States and that by itself would be sufficient to carry us into war.”

On May 13th, 1915 the Lusitania was torpedoed by a German U-boat, it had its escort removed and was sent into waters that Winston Churchill the First Lord of the Admiralty, knew to be infested with German U-boat’s. Lusitania, a prime target carrying 6 million rounds of ammunition. The Secretary of State even urged the president to warn Americans not to board the Lusitania. Wilson ignored the warnings and to avoid incrimination, he had the Lusitania’s original manifest sealed in the Treasury archives.

And then there was Pearl Harbor

It is the official position of the U.S. government and its courts that the conspiracy is truth

F D R blinded the commanders of Pearl Harbor and set them up by :

Denying intelligence to Hawaii.

On November 27th, misleading the commanders into thinking negotiations with Japan were continuing to prevent them from realizing the war was on.

Having false information sent to Hawaii about the location of the Japanese carrier fleet .

1940… F D R had a fleet moved from the west coast to Hawaii and stationed the fleet at Pearl Harbor, commander Admiral Richardson complained that there was inadequate protection from air attacks and no protection from torpedo attack. Richardson twice disobeyed orders to berth his fleet there and in October personally raised the issue with FDR and was soon replaced. Admiral Kimmel, brought up the same issues with FDR. Navy I Q analyst McCollum wrote an 8 point memo on how to force Japan into war with the U.S. The next day FDR put them into effect and all eight were eventually accomplished.

The U.S. was warned by the government’s of Britain, Netherlands, Australia,Peru, Korea and the Soviet Union that a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor was coming.

Murray N. Rothbard wrote:

And we can’t forget John F. Kennedy …

An almost unknown presidential decree, executive order 11110, was signed and had the authority to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States federal government at interest. President Kennedy with a stroke of a pen declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve banks would soon be out of business. This executive order has never been repealed, amended, or superseded. This executive order is still valid.

President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22nd, 1963, and the United States notes he had issued were immediately taken out of circulation. And all money today are Federal Reserve notes backed by nothing.Kennedy knew if the silver- backed United States notes were widely circulated, they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve notes.

Perhaps the assassination of JFK is a warning to future presidents not to interfere with the private Federal Reserve’s control over the creation of money.

Saint John Hunt, son of E. Howard Hunt said his father had mailed a cassette tape to him alone in January 2004 and asked that it be released after his death.

E. Howard Hunt names numerous individuals with both direct and indirect CIA connections as having played a role in the assassination of Kennedy, while describing himself as a “bench warmer” in the plot.

Hunt alleges on the tape that then Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson was involved in the planning of the assassination and in the cover-up, stating that LBJ, “Had an almost maniacal urge to become president, he regarded JFK as an obstacle to achieving that.”

Then there’s the U.S.S. Liberty incident…

With the U.S. government’s disgraceful cover-up of the premeditated attack.

The attack was clearly deliberate and is one of America’s most shameful secrets.

The U.S.S. Liberty was an intelligence ship in international waters and on June 8th, 1967 was bombarded by Israeli fighter planes and torpedo boats, this was surely not a friendly fire incident.

Liberty was a clearly marked United States ship, during the morning of the attack the ship was overflown by several Israeli Air Force aircraft.

So why would Israel tried to sink an ally vessel?

The U.S.S. Liberty was an intelligence vessel, Israel had claimed Egypt had attacked them and Israel retaliated by attacking three Arab nations, it is likely that the Liberty’s intercepts contradicted that. Israel began the war with a Pearl Harbor like attack that destroyed the Arabs entire air forces.

Israel was preparing to attack Syria to seize its strategic Golan Heights. Washington had warned Israel not to invade Syria, which had remained inactive while Israel fought Egypt. Bamford says Israel’s offensive against Syria was abruptly postponed when ‘Liberty’ appeared off Sinai, then launched after the attack on ‘Liberty’. Israel’s claim that Syria had attacked first could have been disproved by ‘Liberty.’

Remember Waco and the Clinton administration?

The Monika Lewinski scandal worked perfectly, that is all people think about when you talk about Clinton.

The Patriot Act and the 1996 Anti-terrorism Act sponsored by Bill Clinton, yes the Clinton administration which was the beginning of the end of our civil liberties and the beginning of secret courts and giving the FBI the power to build files on people and organizations on the likelihood of them committing a crime.

And of course this was all to fight terrorism.

We the people of United States of America did not like this so Clinton’s 911 was the 93 bombing of the World Trade Center and the Oklahoma City bombing.

Do the research the FBI allowed the 93 World Trade Center bombing to happen and they could have stopped it.

CNN and The New York Times on 10/28/93 reported, Mr. Salem, a 43 year-old former Egyptian army officer, used by the FBI to infiltrate the terrorists that were later charged in the Trade Center bombing. The original plan given to Mr. Salem,by the FBI, was for him to switch the real explosives with the fake explosives then they could arrest the bombers for planting what they would think was a real bomb without any possibility of anyone being hurt. What the FBI did not know is that Mr. Salem was bugging the FBI. He had hundreds of hours of telephone conversations with the authorities without their knowledge.

These recordings proved that the FBI changed the original plan and told Salem not to use fake explosives. This taped conversation was on CNN in 1993.

The bomb that was used in the ’93 World Trade Center bombing was built with the supervision of the FBI.

The Oklahoma City bombing…

Anyone that has done any research on this knows that the lone Timothy McVeigh truck bomb convenient truth theory is absurd.

There is evidence you could stacked to the moon, by witnesses, scientists, engineers and explosive experts all say explosive charges were inside the building.

And now today with the Bush regime,we had 911, this is nothing new…

With everything that is happening today is being based on that day, most know the convenient truth, but don’t you want to know the real truth? I mean this is what we’re giving up our liberties and our country for, and what are we leaving for the next generations to come? The military commissions Act, the Patriot Act, a completely militarized police State, national ID cards with the microchip right behind that, Blackwater private military forces operating in the United States loyal to whoever signs there paychecks, yes they were used in Katrina( New Orleans ). President Bush” you’re either with us or you’re with the terrorists” just what is that supposed to mean? We have to watch out now if we have our own rationale, opinion or ideals and most all truth.

Questions like what brought World Trade Center seven the Solomon Brothers Building down.

All the prior knowledge.

The prior stock trading on the airline’s the day before.

Who made our air force stand down. ( it wasn’t a terrorists in a cave in Afghanistan)

What about Flight 77 I did not see it at the Pentagon.

I personally have hundreds of questions, but deep down inside I know the truth.

I wrote this article to try and spawn seeking of real truth. It is easy to believe in convenient truth. There is a something called the Constitution of the United States of America, our founding fathers knew what they were doing as do the people that are dismantling it.

This is just the beginning, and we had better put an end to it soon before it: is too late. Please spend an hour or two a week or a day and seek the truth, you will find it.
