The 91st anniversary of the little remembered or known WW1 armistice will be November 11th 2009 whereas the end to WW1 was to be at 11 a.m. Paris time. The 11th day the 11th month the 11th hour 1918.

Imagine knowing the war is over at 11 a.m. and being forced to fight to the last minute. Estimates of 11,000 casualties and 2,738 men died in the last hours of the war that began over an assassination of Archduke Francis Ferdinand heir to the Austria-Hungary throne and his wife  by a Serbian Nationalist in Sarejevo.  Five years later estimates were five million dead and eight million wounded. What a history lesson.

“Talk about entangling alliances.”

As Thomas Jefferson said-

“Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations — entangling alliances with none.”

It is a shame the ones who we put in power to protect our liberties do not listen to our founding fathers or read what they have written, (“they take an oath to uphold and protect something they care nothing about”) if they did only God knows how well off we would be today in the USA and the world.

We the people of the United states of America have been in a battle since the first revolution to hold onto our free Republic.
Our Constitution and Bill of Rights have been under attack  since conception, but never before in our short history has it been so blatant and obvious as it is today.

Today it is realized by many our public servants believe they are our masters and act as if the people of the world (“that includes US”) are nothing more than cannon fodder and livestock to be manipulated  anyway they see fit.

Our governments( state and federal) are under some kind of power spell of perpetual greed and corruption interlocking into a machine of tyranny taxing and enslaving everything in it’s path.
Like an insect going from host to host spreading a contagious disease infecting all people of the earth.

Many today call these people the ‘elite’, I call them the ‘mortal mental misfits’ and almost all have been born into fortune and power. Generations of spreading havoc and hardening the hearts of the peoples of the world. Like a tribe of Medusas turning to stone everything they see and touch neither knowing or caring what havoc they spread on earth. This can be seen throughout  history with their demonizing, taxing and useless wars to bring them to their climax of power.

They feed on ignorance and play the peasants like a fiddle with a background war drum beating to the war dance. There always has to be a threat and an enemy because without these two factors they know the peasants will figure out they are not needed and never were and render them useless.

Take the short history of America, there was never a war or conflict the “mental misfits” didn’t wage. This is not my opinion this is history for all to see.

Perpetual war for profit.

No one has ever threatened Americas liberty or freedom but our own “mental misfits” by entangling alliances with other nations dragging us into conflict to the four corners of earth and now invading occupying weaker countries for planetary control and resources( “The New World Odor”).

The month of October 2009,  I lost count at 56 of our troops that were killed in Afghanistan. For what? -oil pipelines and control.

The Britts and the Soviet Union have tried to control and take over this part of the world and it bankrupted their empires as it is bankrupting the American empire today.

Urban Warfare.

This is war on a people,  they will fight as we would to the very end of time. Urban warfare is not winnable unless you kill everyone of them.

How do I know this, it is easy to know.
If any nation invaded America and my children, friends and family were murdered, I guarantee and promise you on a stack of bibles that would reach heaven, I would fight the enemy to my dying day. Urban warfare is a war on a people. All war is nothing more than sanctioned murder and squandered life by the “mental misfits” (the elite) imposing their tyranny on the world. “Like a battery to a flashlight is war to the “mental misfits”.

Support our troops… bring them home now!!

This is not a football or video game. This is life and death. The blowback and ramifications are great,  as the saying goes..” for every action there is an reaction equal or greater.” It has always amazed me that some just cannot see this.

How can so many be manipulated by so few?  Worse of all how can so many be manipulated by so few mortal “mental misfits”?  This I ask to all people of the world for we are all guilty of this.

Some who read this may say I am the “mental misfit”.  Maybe so,  but my mentality has not killed anyone yet. Just how many have died from the “mental misfits” ( the elite) mentality just in the time you have spent so far reading this? Just take a moment and think about that, I bet the number would surprise both of us.

I remember when I was in school saying the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag,  what I don’t remember is saying liberty and justice for us. If I remember correctly it was liberty and justice for all.

All these wars and conflicts are hardening the hearts of all of us in one way or another we have all been effected by them which can be seen by the video games people play and the TV shows we except as the norm today. It is a disease being purposely spread by the “mental misfits”.(Elite)

I was born in 1960 and there is no way as a child I would have been allowed to watch any of these shows or  play these video games. I was blessed with a father who did his best to protect my development (‘as futile as it may have been’)and raised me as a God fearing person. I believe this love was called parenting, better known today as child abuse.

Yes things today sure are a mess, the question is what can we do about it and start a new beginning to soften the hardened heart.

I wonder what would Yeshua (“Jesus”) do if he returned today, would he say to make things right we need to bomb these people over here and destroy this country over there. I think not.

What needs to be done is a hard answer to come to terms with. To undo what has been done seems impossible but I assure you it is not. We just have to change are programmed way of thinking.

What would all the most powerful and richest war profiteers do?

How about something good like NASA, Lockhead Martin and Boeing building rockets to send all depleted uranium and nuclear weapons to the sun and get rid of all of it.

How about a real United Nations whereas any country that wages war or genocide those in power(“the mental misfits”) would be removed immediately. I believe that would create an attitude adjustment for the “mental misfits” world wide.

As for now we take our depleted uranium and make munitions out of it and use it on other people and the United Nations storms in and distributes havoc and urban warfare on people never accomplishing anything but more destruction and hate. Does this make sense?

The elites are the ones who should be punished not the peasants!.

There are black and white answers to most of the worlds problems they just aren’t profitable and the bottom line is profit, land, resources and control over minds and hearts through manipulation of division and priorities.

As of right now are nation is in peril and confusion, being dissolved from within by the new world order “mental misfits”.

How confused are we?

911, caskets coming home from Iraq and Afghanistan, Americas wealth being stolen-
(‘what about my health care’- ‘I got a great deal on my cash for clunkers car’)

Chinagate, 93 world trade center bombing, Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma city bombing-
(‘Clinton sex scandal’ . )       Talk about a diversion psyop.

IRS, Federal Reserve, Nation bankrupt-
(‘Who’s going to the super bowl, NASCAR, who’s going to be Americas idol, dancing with the stars’. )

The house is on fire-
(‘Any beer left’; what! get the video games!)

It is way past time for everyone to get serious about what is happening to others and us, for what happens to others in our name will come back to us. Sometimes ten fold.

One of our founding fathers said, I believe it was Benjamin Franklin. “Any nation that expects to be ignorant and free expects something that never was and never will be.”

Not too long ago there was a documentary on the idiot box (TV) . I don’t remember the title, something about secret societies and such. I lasted about 15 minutes into it before I had to shut it off. In 15 minutes our founding fathers were portrayed as drunken, perverted, dope smoking and sinister amongst many other things.
An out right implementation of number 30 of the communist goals as reads : “Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
Here is number 29: ”Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.”

It is right in our face these days and the only way to fight back is to be knowledgeable enough to know when the enemy is at work. We have to see the enemy to fight the enemy and we are blind without knowledge. Don’t be fooled 90 percent of the battle we are facing today is mind war.
The good news is good will prevail, I really believe this and this is what motivates myself and many others. Truth and light are one in the same and 90 percent of the battle is knowing truth to reverse the psyop of lies imposed upon all of us by the “mental misfits” of the world.

In the end truth and light will prevail over the “mental misfits” for they are doomed to fail and we are destined for victory.

The Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America

The way it should read in today’s America, with today’s language,(home land, decision makers, leaders, rulers, comrades etc,etc) a comparison to the way it is and the way it is supposed to be. Consider this, our ruler and leaders have changed America’s language and fear word from Communism to Terrorism, think about that.

Don’t be fooled Communism has been implemented and accepted here in the U.S.A.

Article 5 reads as follows:The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
Note from the producer of this page: I am not aware of any article 5 convention, yet there sure has been a lot of changes, how is this being allowed? and did we lose the cold war?, because we sure talk and act like it.
I just want to say that I admit I have been somewhat sarcastic but at the same time realistic in the making of this page, my intention is to bring forth the serious changes in our country toward Communism not only in the action and language but also how our most important legislation to our Constitution has been trampled on by what I would only explain by being ignored and turned into a living Constitution, like having an article 5 convention without the convention through executive orders and overriding the law of the land with the likes of the Patriot act, Patriot Act2, Military Commissions Act, etc, etc, etc.

How can you be criminalized without injuring life or property? answer: you can’t under our original law of the land, and in a country that pursues life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Remember all laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void, so in reality most laws here in the U.S.A. are null and void but out of ignorance we let them be enforced.

The Amendments to the Constitution to the United Socialist States of America (USSA)

The Amendments
to our law of the land
and the serious changes to
the United States of America.		 (USA) The way it was. (USSA) The way it is now.


Amendment 1 Congress shall make no law prohibiting freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievances. Our Ruler will have the leaders of the people make free speech zones for protesters to assemble out of public view. And the Government owned and corporate controlled press will suppress and send all audio and video to Homeland Security for review. All petitions for redress of grievances shall be suppressed and ignored. * Note: Under the Military Commission Act and the Patriot Act the residing Ruler can deny all rights, including and not limited to indefinite imprisonment in or out of the U.S. and or torture may apply.
Amendment 2 A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. A well regulated Militia (the National Guard and Army), being necessary to disarm and round up the people into camps when any leader or the Ruler deems necessary . The people may keep their Arms but cannot carry them in their vehicles or on their person without a permit, which can be revoked at any time and for any reason whatsoever, and at the time of revocation such Arms shall and will be confiscated. * Note: Under the Military Commission Act and the Patriot Act the residing Ruler can deny all rights, including and not limited to indefinite imprisonment in or out of the U.S. and or torture may apply.
Amendment 3 No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. The United States Military can and will do whatever they deem necessary to accomplish the mission given them by their Ruler and Leaders. A private contracted military unit (Black Water) will be sent in first to deal with any dissenters in any way they see fit and no laws or regulations shall be imposed upon any private contractor anywhere in the world under control of the Pentagon
Amendment 4 The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. The privilege of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, can be violated at any time as written in the Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act, and no Warrants shall be needed as described by the Pentagon.
The supreme court judges will always obey their Ruler, disobedience will not be tolerated from any one in the system, and will be answered with grave consequences. such as heart attack, car accident, plane crash, public assassination, or suicide. * Note: Under the Military Commission Act and the Patriot Act the residing Ruler can deny all rights, including and not limited to indefinite imprisonment in or out of the U.S. and or torture may apply.
Amendment 5 No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment from the Ruler of the Homeland, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, then these persons are actual property of the Homeland and will be dealt with as described as disobedience in Amendment 4; any person can be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; and can be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, and be deprived of life, liberty, or property, but not without due process of interrogation and torture; since there is no such thing as private property it will be confiscated and dispersed as seen fit by the state. * Note: Under the Military Commission Act and the Patriot Act the residing Ruler can deny all rights, including and not limited to indefinite imprisonment in or out of the U.S. and or torture may apply.

This is why most trials are not Jury trials and under the Military Commission Act and the Patriot Act the residing Ruler can deny all rights, including and not limited to indefinite imprisonment in or out of the U.S. and or torture may apply.
Amendment 7 In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re- examined in any Court of the United Socialist states, than according to the rules of the common law. Amendment 8 Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. All Bail , fines and punishments will be decided without question by the judge of the trial after the reading of the verdict and how excessive will be measured by how much money has been spent in the legal system, attorneys, bribes etc; and how much atonement has been shown. * Note: Under the Military Commission Act and the Patriot Act the residing Ruler can deny all rights, including and not limited to indefinite imprisonment in or out of the U.S. and or torture may apply..
Amendment 9 The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. The people have no real rights, only those allotted to them by the residing Ruler and Leaders of the Homeland . * Note: Rights and Privileges can be purchased by means of permits and licenses but may be suspended or revoked at any time and for any reason created by law.
Amendment 10 The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. All powers reside with the Illuminati, Ruler, Supreme court Judges and leaders of the States only; and in this order.
Amendment 11 The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any foreign State. The Judicial power of the United Socialist States can and will extend to any corner of the World and for any reason prescribed by the residing Ruler or Homeland Security.
Amendment 12 The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate; The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted; The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President. The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States. The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by electronic voting machines and systems that can and will be manipulated in any matter seen fit by the Illuminati, and for the Illuminati’s agenda only. Voting will be used as a reference and a way to subdue and manipulate certain areas of society and to have the peoples opinions in a data base as to be aware of troubled areas in the Homeland.
* Note: Martial Law may be declared and all voting privileges may be revoked .
Amendment 13 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. 1. Slavery and or involuntary servitude may be implemented at the will of the residing ruler at anytime and for any reason relating to Homeland Security within the United Socialist States.
In time of peace the only form of involuntary servitude alowed is income tax. 2. Under any implementation by Homeland Security all Congressional power under the Constitution will be suspended and is null and void until such time as the residing Ruler reinstates it, this suspension shall never continue into the next presidency unless in time of war.
Amendment 14 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State. 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void. 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the USSA are the property of the state in which they reside and involuntary servitude may be required at not only the federal level as all USSA citizens are, but involuntary servitude may apply at the state level also.
It is the comrades responsibility to check their state and local laws. The individual States within the USSA may not deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within the States jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws, only the Ruler can deny privileges. 2. Decision Makers shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But neither the United Socialist States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United Socialist States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void. 5. Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on the 15th day of October following the ratification of this article.

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President. 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
