Supreme Court Stands By US Constitution Second Amendment in a 5-4 vote.
LINCOLN said “Study the Constitution!”
“Let it be preached from the pulpit, proclaimed in legislatures, and enforced in courts of justice.”
Two years ago, the court declared that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right to possess guns, at least for purposes of self-defense in the home. The constitution states, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. It does not say you only have rights in the home.
What part of shall not be infringed do these state and local branches not understand? We all have a gun permit in America, its called the law of our land, the Constitution.
This narrow ruling by the Justices 5-4 in favor of the second amendment not only effects Chicago’s rights to own and bear arms but all states.
But the anti-gun, pro-crime states will still infringe on the right to own and bear arms by making it hard to buy guns, requiring expensive training courses and test, fingerprinting and infringing on privacy with data bases that make it known to the police, all the law abiding people who have guns.
It just takes common sense and a little knowledge of history to know that an unarmed law abiding people are no more than targets.
Chicago Mayor Richard Daley said…
“guns in the home – even for self-defense – kill innocent people. “I don’t think America should be known for ‘we could kill more people than any other nation.’ We love to kill, we can kill overseas, we export more guns than anybody else, and we buy more guns than anybody else, and ammunition,” Daley said. “That should not be known as a great country.”
The fact of the matter is, Guns don’t kill people, people kill people, they will do it with or without guns.
Lead plaintiff Otis McDonald, in the Chicago gun rights case, challenged the law after criminals broke into his home and made repeated threats said.
“At least the playing fields will be leveled,” he said. “I don’t have to be concerned about the young dealers and gang-bangers coming in my house, because I believe now that they think twice.”
There are many who don’t know their place in the pecking order, such as the mayor of Chicago, who support draconian fire arm law’s and seem not to understand that Mr. McDonald is absolutely correct
It seems the people of Chicago need to get a new Mayor, and now. Or continue on being unarmed crime victims.

Take Florida for example, they learned what the consequences of infringing on the right to own and bear arms does. With the well known older population, Florida was a haven for thugs that would rob steal pillage and car jack you at every corner.
Well not any more, it’s just about a law in FL to have a firearm, and guess what, it put a stop to the majority of jacking s and robberies.
Florida even has a billboard when you enter the state that says “VISITORS BEWARE! Florida residents can use deadly force.” with a huge picture of a revolver on it.

The Prevalence and Nature of Self-Defense with a Gun” by Gary Kleck and Marc Gertz, published by the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology at Northwestern University School of Law, law-abiding citizens use guns to defend themselves against criminals as many as 2.5 million times every year.
Firearms are used 60 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than to shoot with criminal intent. Of these defensive shootings, more than 200,000 are by women defending themselves against sexual abuse. About half a million times a year, a citizen carrying a gun away from home uses it in self-defense. Again, according to Kleck amd Gertz, “Citizens shoot and kill more criminals than police do every year [2,819 times versus 303].” Moreover, as George Will pointed out in an article entitled “Are We a Nation of Cowards?” in the November 15, 1993, issue of Newsweek, while police have an error rate of 11 percent when it comes to the accidental shooting of innocent civilians, the armed citizens’ error rate is only 2 percent, making them five times safer than police.”

A Look at the right to bear arms:
“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
The debates and unconstitutional law’s have always amazed me on the right of the people to own and bear arms.
Remember, all laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.
First one has to understand that the second amendment was not put into the law of our land to insure the people to have arms to go hunting and sport shooting.

Above are the reason for the second amendment and also why so many tyrants want to abolish it, as I have said before, the day we give up our God and gun’s is the day America is dead.

Our founding fathers, you know, the ones that created this great nation, foresaw an out of control government with tyrannical powers suppressing the people such as the one that in their time brought them to fight and bring themselves and their fellow man out of bondage.
They knew exactly what they were doing when they wrote our law of the land, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They put their lives on the line doing so.
Another truth we all have to remember is our Constitution and Bill of Rights are what defines our country and is in fact based on the “Ancient Principles”, these principles refer to the Ten Commandments and Common Law. Common Law is, in short, just plain common sense and its roots are from the Ten Commandments.
Common sense and the pecking order have mostly been lost from a tyrannical government inducing fear on it’s people.

Hearing the latest on the new one billion dollar U.S. embassy in London is just a mind blower to me, along with the Vatican sized embassy built in Iraq tagged as the biggest and most expensive U.S. embassy on earth until now.
A billion dollar embassy while the country is in financial ruins, doesn’t the congress have to approve this? Many Americans are suffering loss of jobs, homes, pay cuts and full time jobs being reduced to part time jobs while our public servants we supposedly elected into office are traveling and living it up like there’s no problem in their world.
Imperialism is a disease that destroys any nation which pursues it, as can be known as fact by looking at the history of fallen empires such as the former British Empire, French Empire, Russian Empire, Byzantine Empire, or Roman Empire. These are good historical examples of what empire building does to a country and people of that country that are misled into the trap of false grandeur of Imperialism.

In the mean time we have to listen to our public servants claim we need higher taxes and program cuts for the American people such as social security, medicare etc. And not even a peep addressing the real issues of our demise. And no it’s not the medical care dog and pony show, that’s just to keep us from this, the real issue. The real issue is debt and this comes from the empire building military industrial complex.
In this writers opinion the key threat to our national security is our intervention and occupation of other nations, this march to imperialism is the ruination of our nation and the biggest creator of our debt. This is what broke all other empires throughout history. The United States is trillions of dollars in debt and in the mean time we keep marching toward world war three.
We have lost the American way by following a broken moral compass and there is very little time left to get back on track before we stumble down the final mile to heartache, war and very possibly the annihilation of the American way of life.
We need to back off pull back and get our American (not our global) priorities in order now, by taking the pain, we have to reset. 1. We have to start pulling our military presence back and bring our troops home now, yesterday. This will give the U.S. top security by not having our military stretched thin in the wrong places and in harms way as they are now if a world war were to break out. This would also be a signal to other nuclear super powers such as China and Russia to end the new cold war that is ensuing as we are becoming more of a threat everyday to them. 2. We have to get our monetary system in order now, yesterday, since 1913.There is very little time left. The United States days of being in control(and believe me it’s not the United States that is in control) of the worlds currency, the dollar, are over. We have to stop printing notes of debt and get back to the gold standard. This will be painful at first but will create national stability in the near future, after all we should be looking to the future for future generations. I can’t see anything at this time on the road we are on. (NESARA) National Economic Security And Reformation Act has some good ideas but have been ridiculed a demonized by the ones that are trying to hang onto this unsustainable, unacceptable system we have been slaves to. Dare I say it, the federal reserve private banking system. (Please after reading this article click NESARA above and check them out.) 3.We have to cut back on government and it’s waste, this includes federal, state and local. I recently was listening to a talk radio show near Cincinnati, OH whereas the host was ranting about how the city just hired someone to be in charge of low income housing in the area and was being paid $201,000 annually, how about Nancy Pelosi and her 200 seat Boeing 757 jet that cost us tax payers sixty thousand dollars per flight to California three times a week, where is the outrage?. I guess a small Lear jet would be beneath her. These are just a couple of examples of tens of thousands of ludicrous government spending even in perilous times as we are financially in today. 4. If we pursue steps one through three we can then lower taxes, this will bring industry back to America and at the same time give the people control over their own hard earned money which will create more spending and a strong economy once again in the United States. 5.The most important of all, follow the constitution, the problem is not it’s outdated, the problem is it’s just not followed, always remember it is the constitution that protects the people from government. This has to be the most distorted and trampled on document in the history of the world. We have to erase all laws that contradict it. Remember all laws repugnant to the constitution are null and void anyway. It seems America’s favorite word today is”NO”.
This alone will bring back the American way of life, our greatness in the world and dare I say it, Gods eyes. It would also force step one through four. We have to get back on track of the American way. America is the constitution and the bill of rights these two documents define who we are and that’s the bottom line, no room to argue here, as they say if you don’t like it leave it, don’t mess with my constitution and bill of rights. “PERIOD”………
We the people have a choice, to either follow the steps of changing back from globalization and Imperialism or stay on the path we are on, the path of war. Don’t be fooled this is the path we are on, it is the only path imperialism knows and I believe it will be in the near future, this is the globalist plan for their idea of a reset. War being implemented by the world bankers as has been done before with them financing both sides with interest of course while the military industrial complex is in full power and profiting off of death and destruction in a never ending black hole spiraling into the debts of doom, not for them, for you, me, and future generations.
My personnel opinion is, I don’t care what the so called self styled experts say, we have listened to them long enough and I for one can see where it has brought us.
It is to the point now, today, either it’s their imperialism or it’s our America. Change is in order now, five minutes ago, the hour is not late it has past. We are going to be looking at many decades of war and oppression in our future if we stand idle with apathy.
It is not death imperialism and the pursuit of the world, it is life liberty and the pursuit of happiness this is the America I once knew. The way it should read in today’s America, with today’s language,(home land, decision makers, leaders, rulers, comrades etc,etc) a comparison to the way it is and the way it is supposed to be. Consider this, our ruler and leaders have changed America’s language and fear word from Communism to Terrorism, think about that.

Article 5 reads as follows:The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
Note from the producer of this page: I am not aware of any article 5 convention, yet there sure has been a lot of changes, how is this being allowed? and did we lose the cold war?, because we sure talk and act like it.
I just want to say that I admit I have been somewhat sarcastic but at the same time realistic in the making of this page, my intention is to bring forth the serious changes in our country toward Communism not only in the action and language but also how our most important legislation to our Constitution has been trampled on by what I would only explain by being ignored and turned into a living Constitution, like having an article 5 convention without the convention through executive orders and overriding the law of the land with the likes of the Patriot act, Patriot Act2, Military Commissions Act, etc, etc, etc.
How can you be criminalized without injuring life or property? answer: you can’t under our original law of the land, and in a country that pursues life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Remember all laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void, so in reality most laws here in the U.S.A. are null and void but out of ignorance we let them be enforced.

The United States Military can and will do whatever they deem necessary to accomplish the mission given them by their Ruler and Leaders. A private contracted military unit (Black Water) will be sent in first to deal with any dissenters in any way they see fit and no laws or regulations shall be imposed upon any private contractor anywhere in the world under control of the Pentagon
Amendment 4
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The privilege of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, can be violated at any time as written in the Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act, and no Warrants shall be needed as described by the Pentagon.

The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate; The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted; The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President. The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void. 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of Representatives may choose a President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them. 5. Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on the 15th day of October following the ratification of this article.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. most do not know we now live in a land of licenses’ privileges’ and involuntary servitude. Does bondage mean anything to you?
Because of government we are functioning like a Democracy, a Democracy is a one vote system only 1 vote to check tyranny and we are living history and seeing how bad this system is today. We are supposed to be a Republic
a Republic has a 3 vote system, 3 votes to check tyranny.
The power is supposed to be with the people not the government, but if you are being judged in a jury trial how many of the jurors do you think even know what their responsibility is or for that matter ever even read the Bill of Rights. This is why there are so many unjust verdicts and it is shown by how many are in prison today. The U.S.A. has more of their own people in prisons than any other nation on the planet.
Republic:
1st vote-voting on who is going to represent us in government…2nd vote Grand Jury… permission from the people to bring anyone to trial being accused by anyone acting in government , 3rd vote… Juror in the court of law has more power than the President and it is their duty to not only judge the accused but to judge the law.

#1. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Well there may be no law respecting an establishment of religion but just as many things they respect or enforce they need no law, as for freedom of speech and the right peaceably to assemble, well tell that to the people that have to be hidden out of sight in what is now called a free speech zone and if you get out of that zone watch out for the rubber bullets, batons and chemical weapons, they will be used peaceable or not.

This right is one you hear all the time on talk radio and the news but they always talk about the militia having the right to keep and bear arms they NEVER finish the article were it states…THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
I guess we the people are just supposed to forget that part.

Well we know now very well this law of the land is being broken by the government, it has been judged and well documented . President Bush’s warrant less surveillance program is unconstitutional because it authorizes illegal searches, a federal judge in Detroit ruled Thursday.

#5. Grand Jury, double jeopardy, no one must witness against himself, no loss of life, liberty or property without due process.
We are forced to witness against ourselves by the government in many different ways , the main one is the IRS 1040 form.
#8. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Tell that to the people of Waco, Ruby Ridge and with the 3 strike rule which I agree with in violent cases but it is being implemented on people that have harmed no person or property, and you have to harm person or property to commit a crime, period.

Income tax is involuntary servitude as are so many others, I mean when your labor gets taxed and not one penny goes to support anything in our country but to people that print the money claiming we owe them interest. Think about that for a minute, if you had a money machine and printed up some money and then loan it to your neighbor and tell them you owe me interest.
The Grace Commission confirms the allegation that the income tax revenues go 100% to pay the interest on the national debt and not a single nickel of it goes to the government. Whatever government services we have, they are not being financed by the income tax.

The law of our land is being manipulated and shredded by the people that have taken the oath to protect and uphold it against foreign and domestic threats. It is time now for we the people of this great nation to do something about it. In order to accomplish this we have to once again become a Republic and learn just what the law of the land is.
