Haiti what happened; what is going on?

Was it just an act of nature? Earth quakes do happen and Haiti is in the zone where the Caribbean plate is moving eastward with respect to the North American plate.

Hugo Chavez and many others seem to think (HAARP) the U.S. weather and earthquake machine had something to do with it. After the many reports on the May 2008 earth quake that had killed in the neighborhood of 90,000 in China and especially the report from Britain’s Times Online that the entire atmosphere over the earthquake area changed 30 minutes before the 8.0 quake along with strange lights comparable to the northern lights witnessed by many it is no wonder there are so many theories and questions surrounding the Haiti earthquake.

One thing that I have always noticed is, it is always, and always has to be the U.S.A. that is the mad scientist or evil culprit at all of these events. And it is no wonder because the powers that be have everyone hoodwinked as usual that we are the almighty superpower.

I don’t like to be the bearer of bad news but those days are long gone folks. Here in the U.S where the majority, if you asked them, would tell you that we are the only ones that fought and won WW1 and WW2, where in fact it was Russia (Soviet Union) that had been fighting our so called enemy for years and we only came into both world wars to end them. Anyway, that is a very long and agonizing different part of history and I would hope everyone realizes that China and Russia are super powers, I mean they both have nuclear weapons pointed and ready to be deployed at the U.S.

What I am trying to bring to light here is, has anyone ever contemplated maybe it was China’s earthquake machine? Russia? Yes, they have their Ionosphere machines and who knows what else. I hope We don’t really believe we(the U.S.) are the only ones that have mad scientist, experiments and evil doers, do we?

I have put this report together beginning in 1999, it is my view that if the Haiti quake was done by any weather machine it was China sending a message to the U.S. Yes I know our military is in Haiti and there are issues surrounding this also covered in this report, one thing to remember is most all of our military are good and have good intentions but one would have to be naive to believe that the ones really in charge and running the show give a hoot about the people of Haiti. Believe me there is a mission behind the mission and I for one find the whole seen very strange. Was our government warned before the earthquake? Are (as I believe) all governments evolved together in a diabolical plan?

This cannot be denied, the Haiti earthquake is a terrible tragedy no matter if natural or created, and is not a catastrophe to capitalize and profit from.

Interesting paragraph from -

Unrestricted Warfare, by Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui (Beijing: PLA Literature and Arts Publishing House, February 1999)

“However, the Americans are not necessarily in the sole lead in everything. The new concepts of weapons, which came after the weapons of new concepts and which cover a wider area, were a natural extension of this. However, the Americans have not been able to get their act together in this area. This is because proposing a new concept of weapons does not require relying on the springboard of new technology, it just demands lucid and incisive thinking. However, this is not a strong point of the Americans, who are slaves to technology in their thinking. The Americans invariably halt their thinking at the boundary where technology has not yet reached. It cannot be denied that man-made earthquakes, tsunamis, weather disasters, or subsonic wave and new biological and chemical weapons all constitute new concept weapons [16], and that they have tremendous differences with what we normally speak of as weapons, but they are still all weapons whose immediate goal is to kill and destroy, and which are still related to military affairs, soldiers, and munitions. Speaking in this sense, they are nothing more than non-traditional weapons whose mechanisms have been altered and whose lethal power and destructive capabilities have been magnified several times over.”

Oil in Haiti

By Dr. Georges Michel

Since time immemorial, it is no secret that in the basement of the two states that share the island of Haiti and the surrounding waters, there are significant deposits of oil still untapped, it No one knows why. Already in the early twentieth century, the physical and political map of the island of Haiti, erected in 1908 by Mr. Alexander and Henry Poujol Thomasset, reported a major oil field in Haiti near source of Rio Todo El Mondo, Tributary Right Artibonite River, known today as the River Thomonde. (the word he would Thomonde de Todo El Mondo?) the deposit of oil in question straddles the boundary between the boroughs of Hinche and Mirebalais in a mountainous area located at the foot of the chain of the Black Mountains, direction due west of Thomond.

The same map indicates an oil field in the plain of Azua Dominican, a short distance north of the Dominican Republic in the town of Azua. According to our information, the atter bearing the Dominican Republic had been operating effectively in the first half of this century it had produced up to 60,000 barrels of oil per day and had been closed because it was considered to then “sufficiently profitable. Always remain in the Dominican Republic, was announced in 1982 it was discovered in front of the plain of Azua, a huge oil field offshore the coast of Barahona, but that this deposit had been left untapped.

Those who have traveled Port-au-Prince/Santo-Domingo can testify that the plain of Azua and its coastline resembles nothing so much as the area of Vieux Bourg d’Aquin and coastal related. Chances are that there is reasonable therefore hydrocarbon deposits in the region Haitian counterpart, especially as we are told that in the plain of Cayes there were geological evidence of presence of oil, as well as Bay of Cayes, Cayes and between Ile a Vache.

We bathed in 1975 in Les Cayes to l’Eau, as we had our feet covered by a sort of black oil seeping from the seabed. A fisherman from the place we had explained that it was not uncommon in this area.

He reports a similar phenomenon in other regions. Seems he Leogane Plain and the foothills of Morne-à-Cabrit. They also reported the presence of oil shale in the province of Grand Anse.

Still, there are many places in our island (DOMINICAN Republic and Haiti) that are all the criteria géoligiques presence of hydrocarbons. In Haiti, include the plain of Cayes, Leogane Plain, the plain of Cul-de-Sac, the Gonaives plain and the Savannah sorry, the Plaine du Nord. Ile de la Gonave and literals corresponding to the off-shore deposits. In this list, do not forget the large sedimentary basin of the Central Plateau of Haiti.

In the course of 50 years, the Company Knappen-tippen-Abbet (nicknamed by local people (Company Ti-butter bread) had conducted drilling Gonave in plain Cul-de-Sac in Plateau-Central and in the region of Gonaives. All of these wells had proved extremely promising and the results were beyond expectations. However, the big multinational oil companies, some of which were operating in Haiti, had pushed for the deposits were not discovered exploited. Haiti was neither Saudi Arabia nor Kuwait. At a time when a barrel of crude oil sold for just over a dollar, and the Persian Gulf provided galore, there was no reason for these companies to farm fields in much less profitable, while ARAMCO was rain or shine in Arabia, at a low price, even looting the precious oil resources of this kingdom.

We keep the Haitian deposits and other deposits in reserve for the XXI when the jackpot Middle East would have dried up. This is what happened!. The wells of Knappen-tippen-Abbet were numbered, carefully locked or sealed with cement and forgotten.

The reports of the huge drilling were not, he seems never communicated to the Haitians. Do you think we never went back to this bunch of niggers arrears information that would allow their work to their economic liberation. This would make them too strong and give too much power to the little Haiti.

Haitians had to wait half a century or a century for that. However, the successful campaign of Knappen-Tibben-Abbet gave an opportunity for great deals Haitian school, preparing their certificate of primary school students in the geography textbook from Haiti of the Brothers of Christian Instruction, d hear that our land had oil deposits in he Central Plateau, and Gonave. This had not fallen in deaf ears …

It is generally accepted in all circles that are petroleum hydrocarbon deposits in the basement of the island of Haiti, but these environments are not eager to put into operation, so readily available reserves and already identified are important in major oil producing regions of the world. There will always be time to think about the island of Haiti.

However, it was almost thinking of us during the Gulf crisis on deposits Kowetiens, Saudis and others were threatened by Saddam Hussein. If the Cubans had not made a great effort by them to bring their oil operations, nobody would have done for them in their place. If this were not the efforts of Cubans, Cuban oil would be housed in the bowels of the earth, as is always the Haitian oil. The ball is in our camp …

While large companies are not interested to take care of us and our oil, we could have asked our Cuban neighbors to come help us exploit our oil.

In their quest for oil drama, the Cubans have developed technology and know-how could we, in return for their services, to sell part of Cuban domestic oil production and give them a share of profits. A mission of government officials and businessmen in Haiti should leave for Cuba in this direction.

The sad case of the international embargo clearly shown that we must fend for themselves, and especially that we do not have to wait for the OK from the big northern neighbor that affects our vital interests. The whole of society could see well realize how big northern neighbor has treated us and treat us in the future. Haiti will be saved only by Haitians, and Haitians alone is the main lesson of the embargo.

If our oil was available, we would not have been shamefully forced to capitulate after the oil embargo decided in defiance of international law with their infamous Resolution 841, by the great powers now bearing the name pompous and ridiculous “international community”.

Our leaders, our great tycoons, our ultra-liberal economists, our big smugglers Our Chicagos-Boys anti-national and other ruffians, would have preferred imported from the air, rather than to use the resources of Haiti . With a zeal that is hard to understand, they obey the finger and look at the orders of the IMF and World Bank, and begin with these two organizations to destroy the Haitian economy, and especially our valuable agriculture .

Nevertheless, they find themselves caught out with us and when to imperialism, to meet his gruesome intentions, decides to impose an embargo, the embargo last (there will be perhaps more in the future, which knows?) has proven to be accelerated economic integration with the Dominican Republic.

Both Republics should undertake in the Treaty to provide each other with some oil may be the decisions of a third party. The pipeline transinsulaire, Barahona Port-au-Prince, could be part of this integration oil between the two countries which share the island.

While waiting to eat our oil surpluses which also provided valuable currency we need, increase the storage capacity of petroleum products on the territory of the Republic, and constitute important strategic reserves. The oil embargo of 1991 is also a strong argument for rebuilding our railways.

U.S. to sell $6.4 billion in weapons to Taiwan
In a move bound to anger China, the United States intends to sell $6.4 billion in arms to Taiwan, the State Department said Friday.

The United States has said it will defend Taiwan if China ever attacks.
The package includes a variety of U.S.-made weapons systems, including Patriot III anti-missile missiles, Apache attack helicopters, Harpoon missiles and Javelin anti-tank missiles.

China announced that its military intercepted a missile in mid-flight Monday in a test of new technology that comes amid heightened tensions over Taiwan and increased willingness by the Asian giant to show off its advanced military capabilities.

The official Xinhua News Agency reported late Monday that “ground-based midcourse missile interception technology” was tested within Chinese territory.

“The test has achieved the expected objective,” the three-sentence report said. “The test is defensive in nature and is not targeted at any country.”

Monday’s report follows repeated complaints in recent days by Beijing over the sale by the U.S. of weaponry to Taiwan, including PAC-3 air defense missiles. These sales are driven by threats from China to use force to bring the island under its control, backed up by an estimated 1,300 Chinese ballistic missiles positioned along the Taiwan Strait.

China’s military is in the middle of a major technology upgrade, spurred on by double-digit annual percentage increases in defense spending. Missile technology is considered one of the People’s Liberation Army’s particular strengths, allowing it to narrow the gap with the U.S. and other militaries that wield stronger conventional forces

World Digest: China warns U.S. against selling weapons to Taiwan

Amid reports that the Obama administration is close to selling billions of dollars worth of weapons to Taiwan, a spokeswoman for the Chinese government warned the United States on Thursday that arms sales to the island would have “severe consequences.”

“China firmly opposes arms sales to Taiwan by the United States. Our stance is consistent and clear,” Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said at a regular news briefing.

Ironically, the rift over arms sales to Taiwan comes at a time when relations between Beijing and Taipei have been growing warmer. Beijing regards the self-governing island as part of China, but Taiwan has governed itself since the Communist takeover of the mainland in 1949 sent Nationalist forces fleeing. The two sides recently eased barriers to travel and trade.

U.S. officials wary of Chinese military buildup

In what could be a foreshadowing of the Quadrennial Defense Review’s recommendations about U.S. security policy for Asia, senior defense officials said uncertainty about China’s intentions requires continued vigilance and high levels of readiness in Asia-based or deployed forces.

“We remain troubled by China’s continued lack of openness and transparency in military affairs,” said Wallace Gregson, assistant defense secretary for Asian and Pacific security affairs, in Wednesday testimony before the House Armed Services Committee. “China’s neighbors have voiced similar concerns.”

Adm. Robert Willard, chief of the U.S. Pacific Command, supported that view. “China’s interest in a peaceful and stable environment that will support the country’s developmental goals is difficult to reconcile with new military capabilities that appear designed to challenge U.S. freedom of activity in the region and, if necessary, enforce China’s influence over its neighbors, including our regional allies and partners,” Willard said.

He said China’s leaders have claimed that their double-digit increases in military spending and dramatic increases in capabilities, especially in terms of the ability to engage in intense, short-term conflicts, are defensive in nature and contribute to regional stability. But that stance appears “incompatible with the extent of sophisticated
weaponry China produces today,” Willard said.

Why Is The US Military Occupying Four Airports In Haiti?

Around 11,000 US military personnel are currently controlling the operations both on the ground and offshore aboard US Navy and Coast Guard vessels, and another 4,000 US troops are expected to arrive in the coming days.

The Americans’ controlling of the aid operations has raised tensions with some countries. Bolivia and Venezuela have criticized its heavy presence and France earlier expressed annoyance after aid planes were delayed from landing.

French Secretary of State for Cooperation Alain Joyandet called on the United Nations to clarify the US role in Haiti, saying the priority was “helping Haiti, not occupying Haiti.”

Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) has complained that five of its planes carrying a total of 85 tons of medical and relief supplies have been diverted from Port-au-Prince to the Dominican Republic since January 14, although one of its planes was allowed to land this week.
